Mike from L&M literally saved my rear axle! After being stranded on the Transcanada highway with a blown rear trailer tire and ruined rim, Mike selflessly left his home, went to his shop, picked up a rim and tire and brought it to me on the side of the road at 10pm on a rainy miserable night. When I couldn't pay him right away because I didn't have enough cash, he just said to call him the next day with my credit card number.This is the definition of excellent customer service and what a great ambassador for the east coast Mike truly is!

I've purchased 2 trailers from them and the service is fantastic. In both cases, they towed them to Moncton to save me a lot of driving from Halifax. Their service and prices make it worth driving past Brooklyn.

Purchased an LWL galvanized car hauler trailer in Feb 2019 and they were extremely nice. The price was very reasonable! My only issue with the trailer is the ramps are very short. Had to use wood planks to extend and reduce the angle to load even my fairly high ground clearance Jeep Cherokee. I’ll fix that by purchasing new ones that are longer. I saved enough in the initial price that it’s an insignificant cost to absorb, just an FYI to those who might buy one. Other dealers were charging the same for the painted metal rust-magnet types. Customer service is obviously important to them, and the staff were always helpful. I will be a repeat customer! Follow up: it’s now April 2021. The trailer has held up great, and survived being stolen and recovered with minor injury. The breakaway battery died and the dealer replaced it no charge! Another reason to shop there!

Great service, friendly people. Bought a 6x12 neo aluminum trailer. Best price I could find anywhere. They actually have a pile of trailers to select from. Most trailer dealers have next to nothing in stock, and cant tell you when they will have more. If your looking for a trailer, check out L&M.Update: As of August their trailer stock has dwindled and only a few remaining. Ordering a new trailer now, you may see it by March 2022. I asked for a price on Neo cabinets about a month a go, and left a message with a sales clerk for a quote on some cabinets. One week later I had no reply, so i emailed them for a quote. When I still received no response I phoned the sales clerk, told him I sent an email, and he said he would pass the message to the boss. Now about a month has passed and still no response. Guess service is slipping

Competetive and up-front pricing with no hidden fees. They made all of the registration arrangements before I drove up from Saint John, so I could quickly provide payment, hook up and drive off the lot. A great buying experience, highly recommended.

If you look for a trailer, this is the place you buy it. They are very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and they are proud of the product they sale. Before you leave the place with your new acquisition, they make sure you aware of everything you should need to know about features and maintenance you have to do. Worth the drive! I was looking for a 7x16 snowmobile trailer and Chris was more then willing to show me quality differences between the Nitro trailer compared to others - so that i wouldn't regret my decision later. They didn't rush for me to pick it up and then, at pickup time, he helped me with other details. They also did a great install of flooring materials and answered questions via text even after i had driven away.
