I hired United Wall Systems to repair plaster in 6 room of my 1938 home. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls. Some were fairly significant, and one was more like a fissure, probably approaching an inch wide. John and his crew did an amazing job. It took them 3 days, working from about 8:00 until 1:00, putting on two coats of plaster over mesh (when appropriate), and sanding on the last day. When we did our walk through for a final inspection and approval, I had to ask John to remind me of where they had made their repairs. That is how well the repair blended into the original plaster. John’s prices were fair, he was always on time, and I was totally impressed with how little plaster dust was left when they were done. I was dreading having these repairs made because I did not want to deal with plaster dust drifting through my house, but they did an extraordinary job of containing it. If I need plaster work done in the future, I won’t even bother to get an estimate elsewhere.

Did an excellent job repairing water damage of our plaster walls. John and his crew were efficient, tidy, friendly, and communicative. We were on the waiting list for a long time, so it took some patience, but that's what happens when someone is good at what they do, they're in high demand. We were very pleased with the work, would not hesitate to hire them again in the future, and recommend their services without reservation.

I had significant water damage to the living room ceiling of my 1930s bungalow this winter. John was prompt in his reply to my call, came out to give me an estimate within a few days, and offered advice on my insurance claim. He was able to schedule me soon after my claim was approved. The repaired ceiling is like new, perfectly smooth without a single sign it was ever damaged. Tony and Shawn were meticulous in their work and respectful of my home and schedule. They were friendly and pleasant to have in my house. I hope I don't have to deal with this kind of damage again, but it's nice to know that John and his team can take care of plaster problems in my vintage home.

John was able to take a very stained, 30+ year old stucco home and make it look brand new. The technology used will provide decades of protection. The team members that did the actual work were quite personable and very (20+ years each) experienced.

We had icedam damage and large area of our wall was exposed after drying. United Wall Systems did excellent job!! We will recommend them to family members and to our neighbors.

The project we had presented to United Wall Systems was large. It was not going to be an easy job to complete. However, United was very initial on over communicating on how to get this job completed the right way and they were spot on. John, Tony and Sean did an amazing job of plaster restoration at my home in multiple rooms--ceiling and walls. They were professional, thorough and went the extra mile to make sure the job was flawless and I was happy. They are easy to work with and do great work. We used United Wall Systems to redo the front of our stucco home after woodpecker damage. John provided options based on his experience fixing the exact problem in the past. He was patient with my questions, explained his processes and was a great communicator. I would definitely use John and his team again and recommend to others.

Posting here as well to bump it to the top:The team at United Wall has done another great job for us. This job was even more complicated than our last one because it was for our entire staircase wall, which is both high, curved near the top, and also on stairs. Also, this was probably 15-20 ft long of cracked wall and 7 ft high of cracks. This is excluding the big crack on the other side of the stairs that was also in this project. Same with part of our ceiling.They showed up exactly on time, completed the job on time, and did an incredible job protecting our stairs, preventing dust to other areas, and then cleaning up. They also did a great job protecting the entrance cabinets, walls, and windows.We used them about a year ago and were excited to hire them again for this project. The quality of that work has held up under tremendous load that we’ve put on some of those areas from another construction project that requires bracing that area of the house inside and out.Call them and feel free to call elsewhere, but hire this team if you want quality work done right.
