Their customer service here is more miss than hit, although I expect nothing less from Telus! The girl helping me and my friend didn't seem too happy about having to help customers. I use to sell for Telus and they don't care about you as customer or employee.

Had to wait for about 20 minutes prior to seeing a representative. However, once I did see her she was very helpful and provided me with some options for the equipment I inquired about.

The one Ly place to buy a cell phone. Their customer service cannot be matched. I have always had a good experience here.

Busy place in the morning, but they were able to get me in and out with the 2-way radio I needed in just a few minutes. It would have been even faster if arrangements had been made ahead of time.

Poor service! I've spent over $20,000 putting in Fleet Complete, new boosters and new radios in 10 trucks. I was told by Joey the sales Rep that the installers could install everything in 3 days, they made 5 or more trips to Fox Creek to install the necessary hardware and I was charged for every trip (installers came without all the parts to install everything...as a matter of fact, I asked for a radio in my personal pickup with a remote face, the installers put in the radio but left the remote face in my pickup for me to install myself without brackets and without a microphone). Joey made promises that he would personally come train me in how to use Fleet Complete after it was all installed and never fulfilled his obligation. After spending that much money, I didn't even receive a follow up call. After the work was completed I called Joey a couple of times but he never returned my calls.Do yourself a favour and stay away from these people who make promises and have no intention of fulfilling there promises.Jim

This was our third Telus authorized dealer we went to to deal with a nightmare bill some moron got my parents on. The other two dealers wanted to charge my parents exhorbantent fees to make any changes.Kristen at Bearcom was amazingly was patient with my parents and was able to do the changes that were requested and much needed. Again, we greatly appreciated the services and patience she provided. Again thank you.

Dropped into the store today as my travels brought me to the Grande Prairie area again. I had brought my two-way radio I had purchased in Edmonton from another company.The ask was to get all channels I require in my travels to be programmed onto the radio purchased from another company.Arrived mid morning and was asked for 1 day for programming. 5 hours later they had completed as requested and went above expectations. Charged what I feel is a great price considering they never sold me the radio.THANK YOU for your great and fast service.
