Called to have a refill approved and if it could be picked up twenty minutes to closing as we had to drive from out of town. Very specific about the twenty minutes to closing part. The person on the phone said yes no problem. We got there 20 minutes to closing and they said there's no refill and it's too late to do it. Not very impressed.

The store always looks immaculate there is always a welcoming face and a hello from the beauty counter! The staff is very knowlegable and kind, along with great prices this is my go to pharmacy/store.

You still almost always have to wait at least half an hour when calling in prescriptions. They lose faxes and its a couple hour wait sometimes if you fill a prescription in person. The last few prescriptions ive attempted to fill its taken multiple visits just to get a prescription unless i wanted to stay there for hours. The pharmacists themselves are nice and im sure doing their best. They need a bigger pharmacy.

Went in to quickly renew a prescription to pick up the following day. Waited an hour, finally went back to the counter to see what the delay was, and was told they put my prescription through without letting me know and that it was ready. So essentially wasted an hour of my life due to their incompetent staff.

Friendly service also the Pharmacy has online accts for customers dealing with prescriptions. Wheelchair access. Nicely organized.
