Recently helped a Ukrainian family to purchase their first car from AKM Automotive. Polite, professional and trustworthy staff. Adam (lead-salesperson) is a clear communicator and very customer focused. He quickly recognized our need and went above and beyond to help us with just the right car at a great value (a 2009 - Hyundai Santa Fe). Overall, a great, no-pressure, quick and painless experience!

Smooth and easy experience with AKM Automotive. Fareed and the front desk were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, I was in my new car in just 1 week. Completely hassle-free, paper work was easy and Fareed took care of most of it. Absolutely terrible, sold a $17,000 vehicle that we till have to put money into...it's heartbreaking that during times like this where people are trying to support businesses that these same businesses are taking advantage of people. Was told buy Nissan that our transmission will go as there's an error code coming up (2 weeks after we got the car from AKM). We called AKM, they said that's not right they we would have to shell out money so soon ...they said they would call around and help find someone that would help fix it ...they haven't called us back yet ...that was over a month or more ago. AC was working great when test driving but stopped working now and now we have to shell out 800 to fix it . We should have went somewhere else when the salesperson was pushing to buy warranty...they clearly new what they were selling us. Don't buy here, save your hard earned money and go support a property place. This place legit sells lipstick on a pig !

What a pleasure dealing with this company. Bought my BMW X5D from here and picking it up this Friday. Financing and purchasing was very simple given my requirements and situation. I didn’t feel any pressure. The company answered all of my calls and gave me the answers to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend using AKM as your car dealer.
