The prescription is never ready on time, no matter if it was sent 2 hours ago or 12 hours ago.

Did not get my prescription even after 5 hours.

Is the worst Pharmacy. Your phone your medication and they tell you an hour, four days later it is still not filled. I’m not sure who manages this place, but it’s completely incompetent.

The Loblaw Pharmacy inside the Real Canadian Superstore is the slowest pharmacy in town, I think. Yesterday, my family physician placed a prescription order at 4:45 pm and asked me to go and pick it up from the pharmacy 1.5 hours later. I went for pick up at 6:35 pm (there was no que or anyone waiting at the counter) and they were'nt sure if they had received the order or not I was asked to come after 30 minutes, I roamed around inside the Supertsore and showed up at 7:05 p.m. and still it was not ready for pick up. I had to wait in front of the counter for a little more time and finally I got the paperbag with the one tablet I wanted.I am writing this because this is not the first time such a thing happening to me at the same pharmacy. Last time it happened, I left the store without the medicine bag after 25 minutes of waiting as I had something very important to do. Finally, after all the patient waiting, when I politely told the lady, thank you so much, she replied: 'Ok'. That was indeed not a pleasant customer experience. Maybe time to look for another nearby pharmacy.
