Vida Ceremonies

This Valentine's Day I had the pleasure of working with Vida Ceremonies at our first annual Kelowna4Love event at Sandhill Wines. It was a completely free event put on by a team of remarkable volunteer vendors, to host 17 elopement style weddings that included everything from hair and makeup, to photography, videography and wedding cupcakes!Sepideh co-created the event with Sue Cairnie Ceremonies and I, and being able to work with her in a team environment has been an uplifting and empowering opportunity that has changed my life.The event itself was something that I will always remember, but the professionalism, dedication and determination that Sepideh put into planning the event is bar none. She spent countless hours reaching out and organizing with vendors, to make sure every wedding that was performed that day exceeded every expectation anyone could have had.On the day of, Sepideh kept everything running smoothly, she made sure every vendor had what they needed, that every detail was taken care of, and that even in the quick time restraints of 20 minute ceremonies, that every couple felt like they had the perfect wedding of their dreams.The feedback from every couple was exceptional, and being able to watch Sepideh do what she loved was something that moved me. Her passion came across in each ceremony she performed, and she was often moved to tears as she become enveloped in every couple's vows. We would highly recommend Sepideh to anyone planning a ceremony in the Kelowna area! Sepideh was easy to communicate with and available to us during our planning from out of province. Sepideh was calming, well spoken and very personable when it came to our ceremony. The readings she chose to incorporate were beautiful and very spot on to us as individuals and partners. Our guests continued to compliment Sepideh for her beautiful, unique ceremony and her great style for the entire day! Our photographer was also very impressed with Sepideh and her consideration for our photographer and angles during the ceremony.

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing it is to work with Sepideh: she is so warm and caring. She takes the time to get to know you, your partner and the story you want to tell during your wedding. The ceremony she created for us was very beautiful, thoughtful and heartfelt and we felt like she represented our relationship in the way we wanted to but felt like we couldn't with just vows or even just chatting with friends and family.She helped make our wedding day feel so special and I'm really grateful we met her and got to work with her! As a couple who were planning an elopement style type of wedding we knew that having a officiant was going to be one of the most important aspects of our day. We wanted someone who was going to be invested in our love and story, someone who was going to be easy to connect with, and someone who took our vows as seriously as we did. Low and behold, Sepideh Rezania came into our life. As a couple we made an instant connection with Sepideh and felt a special bond. With her personalized and thought provoking questionnaire she was able to highlight the big themes and meaning in our story. She tailored a ceremony that not only moved us as a couple but to the friends and family that knew us best. Our ceremony will forever last in our memories. It always felt like Sepideh was in our corner and wanted to share our personalized story to the world. I cannot recommended Sepideh Rezania enough she will indeed make your ceremony as special and as tailored as you want it to be and with her tireless work ethic she will always make you feel like the biggest priority. I have so many good feelings about Sepideh and the service she provided with us. We were recommended to her by our photographer, we spoke with Sepideh and she is very kind, there is a big sense of comfort and familiarity, as if we had already known her for sometime. She gave us some questions to answer so that she could write the most fitting script for our ceremony. We worked with her and she encouraged feedback from us as she finished parts of the script. Sepideh was patient and very kind toward all our feedback, she was very easy to work with for scheduling times and dates for us to collaborate and of course for the final wedding date. Sepideh actually travelled 3 hours to our home which was where we got married. Sepideh is great and she fit in so well with our family, even in her presence she has this amazing sense of calm which brings a feeling of grounded ness. I recommend Sepideh to anyone looking for these qualities in an officiant. We were so happy with having Sepideh as part of our special day!

Sepideh did an amazing job with our ceremony. We had multicultural wedding (Persian & English) and my husband and I wanted to ensure that our ceremony represents both cultures and backgrounds. Sepideh spent lots of time getting to know us and we loved that she provided us with personalized script for the ceremony. Sepideh was the most incredible officiant we could have asked for. She seamlessly prepared a ceremony for my husband and I that combined Persian traditions from his background with a modern civil ceremony. Sepideh really does her homework and puts in a great deal of effort to make sure the ceremony is personal and meaningful. I heard from many people that it was the best ceremony they've ever seen! A lot of people also thought that we were related to Sepideh because of how well she knew us and how personal she made it feel. Thank you SO much to Sepideh! We cannot recommend her enough!
