A huge power surge took out my home computer on Wednesday night. I called Allen at Honor as we had used them for service many times in the past. I ran it over to him and in less than 24 hours he had retrieved all my data and loaded it all on a new computer. When I couldn’t quite get operational, I called asking for assistance. He was at my door within the hour and sorted all operations for me. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service. Don’t hesitate, call Honor for all your computer needs. Love this Company.

I took my grandson on Sat.Crisis computer death !!Absolutely great personable , caring customer service.The issue was quickly diagnosed and dealt with. He had a new unit that same day.We both feel that he got a good price on what he needed to get it functioning....

I took my laptop which hadn't been starting at all for 2 days to Honor Computer to see if anything could be done. The technician pushed the power button, and it turned on instantly! So they didn't really do anything to fix it, but I appreciated that they didn't make me feel silly, and did a quick check to see if anything was amiss. They also didn't charge me, and my computer is still working :-)

This guy does operate his business with honor. I was having trouble charging my phone, so he put it on his charger and it was working. He told me he could change my charging port for $80 but because my phone is 5 years old and my contact was over I should contact my provider and see what kind of price I could get on a new phone. He could've just done it and charged be buy he didn't. Thank you!
