I would highly recommend my realtor Mr. Ramandeep Nanda. Very professional as well as very friendly. Right from day one of our showings upto our closing Ramandeep was of great help to us. Being a first time home buyer he made us understand every aspect of home buying and he has good contacts for the steps required from financing to Lawyers, etc. He is also very transparent about the houses you are viewing and gives you honest feedback, which helps the buyer decide what kind of house is best for you. Has profound knowledge about viewing a house, quickly analyses the safety and condition of the house. To sum it up had an amazing experience dealing with Ramandeep.

So this realtor came to my house for a showing. Books for 30 mins and took over 45 mins. We had left the house for the showing. When we came back, our living room was a mess. Her clients and herself sat and chatted in our living room. All my cushions were in a complete mess. Like seriously, you call yourself a realtor?? You have no ethics?

Gagan is an excellent realtor in helping us find a condo at prime location, now a days it is very tough to find a rental in Toronto. He understood our pain in finding the right one we need. He was very patient and helped me showing plenty of condos without any delay.

Gagan Gill is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Very pro-active with sending listings and booking viewings. He was so patient throughout with househunt , I have been so picky yet Gagan never expressed even a tad bit of boredom lol. In short , don’t think twice before signing up with Gagan :)

Great service from Royal Canadian Realty. Team was always accessible to assist. The office staff are professional and courteous. Gurinder was a delight to work with and helped us find the right property. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to look into details around the property we showed interest in. He is a good listener and prompt with response to all our questions. He did not cut corners in the entire buying process. Can't say enough about our realtor, Sean Bhachu. He patiently listened and took time to understand our very specific tastes and list of required items in a home. He managed to negotiate a great price in a very exclusive neighborhood on a premium lot. Through the whole journey, he gave us his honest and expert advice, from the purchase and sale of our property (got us the highest price for our townhouse) he was there every step and always checked in. My husband and I are very impressed with the level of professionalism and Sean made himself available to take our calls any hour of the day. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thank you Sean!!

VIOLATION OF TRUST AND UNPROFESSIONAL/UNETHICAL PRACTICES/NON-DISCLOSUREWe came to Canada in 2021, we got Manjeet Multani’s contact info, a real estate agent from a mutual friend. We started talking on the phone and discussed details about renting versus buying. Manjeet was helpful and even took us to a few properties for viewing. I believe we saw close to 15-20 properties between November 2022 and January 2023. We finally liked a property and decided to bid and it was accepted and we followed her guidance. I collected a demand draft from the bank and Manjeet had come to collect it at my property knowing we’re working from home and that we’re extremely busy. After speaking to a lawyer about the status certificate we decided to back out from the deal as the condo fees was high/could go higher cause of repairs. We were asked to sign the Agreement of Purchase/Sale during working hours and the real estate agent knew we are busy and didn’t have time to read/go through all the documents. Without explicit disclosure and education of what documents we’re signing we ended up signing Buyers Representation Agreement, trusting the real estate agent, which included Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Brampton until May-31-2023. We were shocked and requested the Broker of Record and Manjeet to cancel this BRA as it was not disclosed to us that this document is included while we were under the impression we signed documents only for that particular property which we bid. We even reached out to RECO and we’re waiting for them to take action. I was told I need to pay Manjeet Multani out of pocket as they spent 120 hours or buy through them only. This is how we are being forced to work with them. Please don’t ever work with this Brokerage/agent as the broker of record Mr. Pushpinder Gill also has joined hands with the real estate agent and is forcing us to stay under contract.Mr. Pushpinder Gill if you’re just replying for the sake of it, without reading reviews, then clearly the reviews don’t matter to you. Let me tell everyone that we have “No” Real Estate agent we’re working with who offered “cash back”, yes Manjeet spent 10 months working with us showing properties. Nobody pays Realtors for booking showings. We want to cancel our BRA because of NON-DISCLOSURE/EXPLICIT EDUCATION before signing the contract. Trust is a huge factor. I’ve spoken to multiple realtors after we found out about BRA and they’ve all said that the agent Manjeet Multani and Mr. Pushpinder Gill are unethical and unprofessional. Mr. Pushpinder Gill you’re replying to my review based on the assumption that we are working with an agent who offered us a cash back, it’s not true. You’re not being fair. You’re biased. Please tell us the truth if the Real Estate agent Manjeet Multani has disclosed before signing or explained to us that we’re signing a contract/BRA on the day we signed? But I know you will lie saying we were told during our first meeting. If so why didn’t they ask us to sign a contract in April 2021? We’re not going to stoop so low and lie to everyone that we simply stopped working with Manjeet just because someone offered cash back. I had called and spoken to Manjeet Multani after finding out we unknowingly signed the BRA and asked to cancel to which her response was “what’s the problem with that? Is there a problem with my services?” And started demanding, “If you don’t buy through me you have to pay out of pocket for the 120 hours we spent to speak to Mortgage agents, brokers and realtors and for showing properties.” How can we work with someone when they broke our trust? If only they’d had told us before we signed we’d have still been working with Manjeet. We’ve always been honest and will continue to be. If anything I’d like to thank you for giving us this experience. We’ve learnt a lot from it. I hope y’all did too. Try to be honest with other clients at least let them know what they’re signing before they do instead of making assumptions and using new immigrants or first time home buyers as bait.

I would give a negative review if that's possible. Don't ever talk to this person called Sreedhar Jayanthi. The most disrespectful and rude person I have ever talked to in my life. He does not know how to talk to a potential client. He acts like he owns all the properties, when he is just a listing agent. His attitude needs wholesome changes. Again, don't ever think of having him as your listing agent and try to avoid all properties that he has listed himself on. I request the company to either have a talk with him or fire him.
