We were fortunate enough to have Terry Mcpherson as our realtor when we asked to view a property in Grand Marais.We were so impressed by his knowledge and instincts that we signed with him and Beaches Realty ltd to sell our house in Winnipeg. It was listed and sold within 10 days and 30K over list. We will definitely recommend this company and Terry in particular to our family and friends

We contacted a realtor to arrange a time to see one of her listing and was replied to rudely and completely unprofessional. She said 'realtors live on commissions and it wasn't worth her time to show us the property since we were looking at only purchasing next yr.' We originally told her we are wanting to see some properties to get an idea of what we like and don't like and make a connection with a realtor to use since we live out of province. My husband who is a professional salesman and I, a former MB realtor, were appalled at her response. We will NEVER EVER use Beaches Realty for our purchase next yr and we will try hard to not buy anything with her name on it. This is no way to build clientele or get references.
