Rude service. I bought a handblender from them which was defective, the handle got really hot and there were slight fumes and a burning smell the first time I used it (why would I lie about that lol).The cashier didn't believe me, and she tried it herself, she said the heat on the handle was normal. It is not normal for a machine to get this hot. I have a kitchen aid and a masterchef hand blender at home (this one was a gift for someone) and none of the handles get hot. It took quite a while, after arguing back and fourth for her to process my refund. It was a defective item, which happens, but process a refund for a customer with ease for heaven's sake!!! Never going to this Stokes again.

I went in on sunday to look for something, I asked the lady who was at the cash, she was asian or chinese, she didnt even smile and ignored my question, when i asked a second time again no smile or anything and simply pointed the direction of were i can find the item. Very rude and garbage service from a garbage cashier
