As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I am always picky about who helps me. I am also always looking for the best deal and my trust is very thin. Saif has always made me feel like he is giving me his honest and best advice. He always strives to stay in my budget and give me the best deal possible. He keeps in contact with me to let me know new promotions and the best part is, is I never have to go back after asking a question.. I get the answer I need!. Every time I need a new phone I go to him, and I also recommend him to people all the time. He is absolutely amazing, always has a smile on his face, keeps me updated and informed, makes sure I know every detail about my bill. He is amazing ! I am the type of person who sticks to the people I like who give the best service and I won’t be going anywhere else.

Just bought a new phone from Tbooth at White oaks mall from Jasmin. Couldn't of had better service. Fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. Researched plan options for me in order to get me the best deal possible. Totally restored my new phone to all the original settings. We had an amazing experience at this Tbooth Wireless, Khaled took care of us and the process of getting two new phones went so smoothly. He got us the latest and greatest phones on the market and amazing plans to match!! Would highly recommend going here and talking to him for any of your mobile needs. We will definitely be going back to Khaled in the future to upgrade our phones again.

I went to the store for a new connection and a phone and there I met Anam and she helped me a lot in setup everything. Initially I have problem with the network provider at my place but when I reached to the store and told my problem Anam go out of the way to help me to solve my problem. I am really thankful and appreciate the efforts done by Anam, Raghav and her senior manager. Anam is a great consultant and I am grateful to entire team.

Dont go this store.. staff is totally unprofessional and do not buy stuff coz you do then you have to wait for hour before getting assist if your purchase stops working. The guy named “kent”didnt even bother to see the product. Such a bad experience. Never visiting this store again or advise other to see this store

Going to get a new phone can we overwhelming and pressuring. Kevin at Tbooth mobile has been amazing to work with. He’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He has guided me through getting a new phone plan/ for the last several years and has always been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend seeing Kevin for all of your mobile needs!

If your in the need for a new phone company this is definitely a place I would recommend. I would highly recommend you ask for Erin she helped us from the start to the finish and made everything so much easier, without her we would have been lost in the process. She is so organized, answered messages very quick, she was efficient and effective and overall the kindest person. If I could rate 6 stars out of 5 I would!

Brad is very accommodating and gone above and beyond to help us out through this process. We switched providers and added a couple new lines to our account.

Erin was very helpful & patient. Shiraz was knowledgeable and entertaining, thanks for the laugh. Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking to upgrade or trade in.
