What a shi***y bunch of money grabbers. They will NOT return your calls or emails. They overcharge, and you can't get them to respond and correct their error. The only thing they've done since taking over the management of our condo building is create extra, new, and unreasonable fees. $75.00 just to change the front entrance call board to your suite... a two minute job.Avoid them ever getting a foot hold into your building. My opinion.

Company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, how ever the building manager was great!This company has poor communication within. From the “move in bonus” to the damage deposit both were not given within the time we were told we would receive it.One lady actually laughed at me while on the phone.Would No recommend this company at all.

They are not understanding at all. When purchased were given only 1 entrance key. Selling and they tell us we have to give new owner 2 keys. Money hungry people. We're was our 2 entrance keys when we purchased.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Be mindful of your vehicles when parking in your paid parking spot. They will tow you with 0 warning. We were notified of parking cleaning and advised if there is a car still left there we would be responsible for the cost of cleaning the stall again and any damages to our vehicle, so imagine our surprise when they towed not only is but a neighbour too, then proceeded to tell us the car is in a building next to us, lying directly to us, then we found out it was towed to a lot across the city and we were going to have to pay to get it out, about $100 and they straight up refuse to do anything. Don't live here guys, they will genuinely screw you over and then leave you in the dust. The 2.6 star review shows you their true worth. I don't review a lot but this is not okay and I do not want it to happen to anyone else.

After reading past reviews, it looks like our experience with this company was not an isolated one. This company has a large problem with timely communications, professionalism, and addressing unit/building issues. There were some staffing changes near the tail end of our lease which did improve some areas but for the majority of our lease with them, it was a horrible experience.I’d love to write a novel about our experiences with this company but I’ll keep it short(ish)- if they provide you with any documentation, make sure it’s accurately filled out by them- If they promise you something over the phone, get it in writing from them immediately- If something in your unit is broken/needs repair… be prepared to live without it for a long time (2-4 months)- If you send an email, don’t expect an answer for at least a week or two- If you want something addressed in a reasonable amount of time, unfortunately the only way we found that worked is to threaten to contact the tenancy board- If you want your security deposit back in time… well, read the bullet aboveIf you are looking to rent an apartment and see that it is managed by this company, I’d highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I never received an answer or help from you, very bad on the part of you who do not manage, bad work in everything. It will be another summer without a balcony in all the houses, I see negligence in everything. They never answer the phone, even if it's an emergency.

I am living in one of property managed by them. They literally came to my home for fire alarm check and sprayed their whatever in all my rooms and now again gave me a notice that they are coming back on a working day because I wasn’t available on the previous visit. I am sorry, I really have to work so I can afford living in your properties. I can’t pay you because you guys had error while writing down the apartment number . It’s so not feasible to take an off from work just to wait for your people.

My family and I had the pleasure of living in a property managed by CW Stevenson for over three years, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The building was exceptionally well-maintained and always kept immaculately clean, thanks to the weekly cleaning services provided by the management team. They also made sure to keep the ventilation fan in our unit in top shape by regularly replacing the filter.Recently, the management team installed a new, high-tech enterphone system - ButterflyMx, with amazing features that truly impressed us. It's clear that they prioritize the comfort and convenience of their tenants, and we appreciated the effort they put into making the property even better.On the other hand, the property team was always responsive to our needs and addressed any maintenance issues promptly. When we had a recent issue in our unit, the team was quick to respond and resolve the problem (a big shoutout to our property administrator, Samara). And the technician who came to fix the issue was knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job.Overall, we had a great experience with CW Stevenson. It's evident that they truly care about their tenants and go above and beyond to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch property management company

My building’s owner unfortunately chose CW to manage the property. Our on-site manager was great, friendly and helpful but service from the office staff was garbage. Simple email requests were outright ignored or not responded to for weeks, our contact person was either out of office or reassigned constantly, and to top it all off they tried withdrawing rent from my bank account after I moved out (and gave over a month’s notice.) Super happy I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

I had the privilege of dealing with Mr. Wes for a unit I was looking at on Molson. Being new to Canada I was not sure who could help me and who I could trust. Mr. Wes was kind hearted, trust worthy and a pleasure to talk to. He was very patient with my many questions. I am thankful and blessed to Mr. Wes for making my first experience in Canada a great one. As long as he is my manager. I will stay. Thank you.
