TForce Logistics - Saskatoon

This company is absolutely terrible. In the past week I have had 2 parcels returned to sender because they said it couldn’t be delivered. I’ve never had trouble with any other packages being delivered to the same address.

Same story .... I have been waiting 6 days for a package that is in the Saskatoon warehouse after it took 11 days just to get there. No delivery attempt at all. Poor communication. I've notified the shipper of the problems and they said they will no longer be using Tforce for their deliveries after many complaints.

I ordered my package WEEKS ago. I have tried to be in contact but all I get is automated responses and questions about delivery to No Access" or "Bad Address". So I gave delivery instructions as requested

Doesn't deliver anywhere close to on time. Has zero customer service. 1 package has been out for delivery for 3 days now and the generic email I receive back, told me to watch for out for delivery. Well it has, for 3 days. Another package took an extra 3 weeks to get to me. Answer for that one, was watch for out for delivery. They had no clue where it was. If I could give them zero stars, that would still be too much.

I missed getting a delivery yesterday although I was at home and it looked as if my parcel would be returned. I phoned the local Tforce and the lady was most helpful and polite. She arranged for redelivery the next day. It turned out the problem was our new intercom system was not working properly so the courier could not get in touch with me. I got our bldg management to fix the problem and I got my parcel today and all is well. The company was cooperative and helpful. No complaints here.

Has anyone actually received their packages from TForce or is this a scam company? I’m genuinely asking.I have never had a package delivered by them before and randomly a company I often order from delivered via TForce rather than Canada Post. After days of my package being in Saskatoon but not delivered, I requested pickup and despite the website saying this is an option the person on the phone told me the don’t let customers know the address of the warehouse and I could not pick it up. I called day after day and kept being told it was going to be delivered the next day. Finally one of the workers said she wasn’t sure why it wasn’t being updated and that she had put an inquiry through and it would come in 3-4 hours. 6 hours later I called back and was hung up on. Call back immediately and the worker says they attempted to deliver three times but I was not home, which isn’t true because someone was home all day each of the supposed days the attempted deliveries were made. They said it might be my apartment complex … but I don’t live in an apartment complex. The man was rude and unhelpful and said one more attempt would be made the following week and then the package is getting sent back to the company I ordered from. I am calling the company I ordered from and letting them know if they continue to use TForce I won’t be ordering from them any longer.

If i could give a zero stars rating that's what they would get.Horrible courier service. Their staff can't find tracking numbers in their own system. Driver's don't listen when you tell them you don't get home til 5pm and they are open til 9pm. So they keep coming at noon knowing you aren't home.They have had my package since November 24,2022. They attempted delivery once. Then i changed the address to a business location and they have not attempted delivery. Email and same responses asking for a buzzer code...no buzzer at the work address.Pretty sure this is a scam and police should get involved and news outlets.

If I could I would give this company 0 stars. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I have been trying to track down my package for 3 weeks. I have emailed and called multiple times. I have not been able to get anyone to actually help me. Most emails are automated responses that do not address my questions. When I attempted to call I either get disconnected or talk to someone who has no clue what is going on. The company takes no accountability. I also suspect that they did not even attempt to deliver my package. They claim they could not gain access but I was on location all day.

I have been waiting for my parcel for over 2 weeks. They say they have no access to my building when I emailed and requested to pick up they said they can’t due to Covid ( we haven’t had restrictions in over a year). I asked them to call my cell when they arrive as I am in an apartment and they never have. I have never had problems with any other packages being delivered except with these guys and I hope I never have to deal with them again.

We have set a delivery date with TForce three seperate times. It never comes, they can't tell us why and won't let us pick our order up. Customer service was the pits. Avoid at all costs. Maybe one day Sask will have an Ikea and then we won't have to deal with the literal worst delivery company I've ever encountered.
