I called a couple times and both times I was greeted with a really nice gentleman (both times were different people). They were both very helpful and patient when answering my questions, as I’m not very familiar with painting and paint colours. They gave me suggestions, prices, and tips on how to do the job I was looking to do for my own home renovations. They also informed me of an upcoming deal that was posted on their website in a couple days to come so I could just wait a couple days to save some extra money. Thank you for the wonderful service. They also offer curbside pickup too.

I'm done with Sherwin Williams.Store refused to honour a $15 off $75 coupon they partnered with Pottery Barn on and made it sound like my problem. It's not about the money but the principle and the lack of taking accountability.Side note: Store also forgot to provide stir sticks (big pet peeve) and their vinyl safe formula seems to change the subtle undertones / colour of the paint - would NOT recommend if you are serious about colours.I'm probably going to BM or PPG from now on - will have to collect paint chips and re-learn the palette but that's going to be so much better than the frustration of dealing with SW.

Worst paint store ever.I bought 2 cans of paint from this store. One worked just fine, like ever other paint. But the other one has quality issues. That one was overly thick, did not smooth out itself, did not hide old paint in lighter color like the good paint did, and not holding well on the wall.I went back to the store to see if they could help or change another can of the same color. But the staff was not helpful. He just kept saying I don't see any problem"

I asked for Oyster colour, the staff used an extra white to mix the colour for me and told me it is the only way to get oyster. It turns out the colour is totally different. Also I asked for a cheaper paint but the staff gave me the most expensive one instead. I contacted builder later and they provides me how an oyster colour should look like. The last picture is what the builder showed me how a oyster colour is supposed to be.

Limited knowledge of the competitive products on the market and only sell you what they have. Do you own research before you buy. Products are good but don't ask for their advice.

After visiting this location, got some great ideas and outstanding service. The rep named Matt was extra helpful and very knowledgeable about the product, and we even learned more about paint. Great recommendations, and we're happy with our selections. We'll definitely be coming back here for more, to this location.

Really great experience with this store in Markham. Helpful advise over the phone before placing my order. Safe curb side pickup with thoughtful suggestions of what other items I might require when I requested adding painting supplies to my order.

Amazing service. Listened to what I needed and delivered the exact colour and product for the job. You won't get this level of catered service and attention to detail at your big box stores like Home Depot, great experience, I'll definitely come back.
