Awful experience. Booked on the phone and they told me to come here to pick it up. Made NO mention that the place was closed and I had to sign onto an online account and get a lock code to get the keys. I literally had to call SIX times and I kept on getting the runaround. They kept in telling me to make an account and look for the reservation yet that never appeared on my account. Absolutely useless! Finally someone managed to reset my account and the reservation showed up. Was the nightmare finally over? Nope! After uploading my driver license, the app would not let my go any further because it wasn't detecting that I was at the right address! Had to call again for someone to verify more Information so that he can give me the lock code over the phone! This took almost an hour of being passed around! After all this they have the audacity to charge you a after hours convenience fee! U-Haul will not get a single cent out of me! I will let all my friends and family know never to use them! They can all eat sh17!

I had a fantastic experience with this store in regards to their partnership with Uhaul. I was attempting to change my drop off location and was redirected 8 times by Uhaul, unable to speak to anyone to assist me. I contacted this location to see if a drop off was an option and there was valued diligence in regards to follow up and returning a call back to me regarding my request. I really appreciated the great customer service which was 100 times better than the Uhaul service! Thank you and keep up the good work!
