In theses crazy times, Eric really keeps his finger on the pulse of this erratic market. He never led us astray or gave us false hope so none of our time was wasted seeing places marked for our price range that would eventually sell for 100k over our price range. He was honest about our options and a great listener, really hearing what we were looking for. He was quick to jump on viable options bringing them to our attention. And he didn’t hesitate to book an immediate (same day) viewing for our new home. Because of his expertise and quick action we secured our forever home. Thanks Eric! And thanks to his whole team!
