Fraser River Endocrinology

I wanted to share my experience with Dr Jain's office. Dr Jain is a nice doctor and is pleasant to deal with he listens and is empathetic . His receptionist on the other hand are completely unprofessional and atrocious with how they treat patients. I needed some forms to be filled out from my employer and was badgered and asked what forms they are? Then after being put on hold abruptly by this rude receptionist several times (who refused to give me her name). I was told they can only accept these forms in person only. Excuse me? We are in a global pandemic and on top of that this is endocrinology clinic where the majority of their patients have compromised immune systems. My own GP does not do this. They use email, fax and other ways to communicate! Its 2021!!. This also stressed out my significant other out by driving 45 mins to their location to get these forms done and was greeted by a rude receptionist (probably the same one) that refused to take the forms again. Then told him he could have faxed it. I will definitely will be speaking to Dr Jain about his staff. Looks like by the reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way . Get rid of these people who are bringing the integrity of your clinic down. I'm sure there is more competent people out there who need a job and want to help people.

I have been calling the clinics for many many times and multiple times to schedule appointments with Dr Severin. Not able to reach the clinic at all as the phone message is always fun and keep asking to call back. Hope the clinic will have a better system for appointment booking.

Truly the worst doctor’s office ever, you deserve better. Office staff are not just rude but also extremely incompetent. Have a quick look at some of the other reviews. They have no problem messing up your lab orders, appointments with other doctors, and failing to follow your doctor’s orders so you have to call them wait on hold and then explain what they are doing wrong, while at the same time remaining fiercely unapologetic. I imagine they are so because of all the angry patients they have to deal with. They are very good at wasting your time and money without caring one bit about it. Dr. Kissock is a very good listener and is very easy to talk to. She usually seems to be in a hurry and has failed to give adequate information regarding medications, perhaps she relies on the pharmacist doing it for her. Make sure you have a good family doctor to make up for how careless and incompetent Fraser River Endocrinology is. The good news is that there are other endocrinologist in Surrey that you can go to.

Dr. kissok is awesome, very polite and professional. Takes time to listen to my concerns throughout the appointment and offers solutions to problems instead of brushing them off. She is wonderful at explaining T1D and the situations or problems I have faced and why they could possibly be happening. Front desk staff has always been helpful as well. Sometimes they are hard to reach however, if you leave a message they do contact you within 24hrs. Very fortunate to have been assigned this office!

Dr. Severin was an absolute delight! She was on time, bubbly, friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient! I was in and out within 30 minutes AND had an agreed upon game plan for the future. Very glad my GP sent me to her.

I’m leaving this review based solely on the reception staff. My girlfriend is a client here, and has been having an uncommon amount of low blood sugar warnings. We were calling constantly for an entire day and could not get through. This lack of communication is regular. Not to mention their voicemail box is full, and they don’t respond if you leave one anyways. It is absolutely inexcusable that the reception staff is so useless, and it takes away from how great the actual doctors are, because you can rarely even talk to them. There are lots of reviews just like this one, and it’s very troubling that this issue hasn’t been addressed.

In person only if you want their attention their phone reception is absolutely impossible and there is no email or fax to send things to. I have called back three times been on hold forever and each time the just hang up on me. I'm having a crisis with my diabetes and I cannot get a hold of anyone to assist me as their reception is absolute failure. If you have the option get a referral to another office.

I've been a patient with Dr. Jain for a few months now. He has been super friendly and knowledgeable. He takes his time, answers all my questions (I usually have a lot) and address all my concerns. All my appointments have just been over the phone due to covid and I've had no issues. I have not once needed to communicate with the reception staff. After my appointment, Dr. Jain's office usually mail me by requisition/prescription and follow up appointment. Highly recommend!!

I look forward to my visits to this clinic. Dr Kissock is first rate. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

I have had nothing but positive experience with Dr Kissock and her staff. The receptionists are very helpful and encouraging. I feel the Dr doctor is accommodating and takes the time to listen to my concerns.
