This location had super helpful staff that was enthusiastic in helping me find all my products. I was struggling to find my sizes in a couple of items and the staff member Lauren was really kind. She helped me order my items through their online system. 10/10 experience!

Shopped at the Orleans location today and was pleasantly surprised at the helpful assistance from Jacob. We were trying on jackets for 6 & 9 year olds and Jacob approached us, informed us on which sizes should fit and then suggested an option once he heard feedback from the 9 year old. A very happy child left with a new jacket. One with dinosaurs! ( his favourite animal) Jacob also gave suggestions to look at their online shop for the 6 year old who wanted more sparkly attire.

I went in on Saturday to get my brother a birthday gift & honestly was clueless on what I was even looking for. Jacob came to my rescue right away and showed me so many different options and showed me things I never even knew existed. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have bought half of my haul, but I am so glad I did, and so is my brother! You guys should do everything you can to keep Jacob as an employee for a long long time, people this great at their jobs are nearly impossible to find. I had never been to this store before but now I will come back every single time.
