Always friendly polite service

First time to have a dental check-up in the city, I can say I am very satisfied with their services from examination, cleaning, polishing and flouride application. I love how diverse and professional they are working and collaboratively took care of my teeth.

New to town called to book a check up and cleaning. The front counter person was rude and said she’d call me back then didn’t for two days. Finally booked in for weeks out when I showed up they had no record of my appointment. When I booked I gave all my personal info including insurance info. The front counter staff said the web site number doesn’t go to them. Very unprofessional very rude no regard for wasting my time. I have taken my dental health elsewhere. Awful don’t waste your time.

Went in for my assessment and treatment plan.. thinking the dentist would look at my teeth… well he clearly reviewed only my X-ray.. had the tools in my mouth but was saying I needed work I had already had done previously.. how could he not see that if he was looking? Had SEVERAL of these weird hiccups where the evidence (my open mouth) was right there but he was using old info from and old X-ray… I have several loose teeth and sever gum disease… I had to tell him to look at my loose tooth and there was 0 regard for my gum disease.. what kind of assessment was this? Did he even look? CLEARLY not. I thought this first time checkup would be somewhat thorough to come up with an appropriate plan.. I’m sorry your short staffed but my health shouldn’t be compromised because you want to rush through my appointment.

Great service from the front desk, thru dental assistants to the dentists themselves.Recommended.And email appt reminders!

One of my teeth broke apart and was causing me a lot of pain. I contacted numerous dentists around the island and all were passive of my situation even though they offered emergency services. CCDC showed humility and promptly scheduled me two days later. They offered professional and friendly service and I can’t thank them enough!

Rather rude receptionist. I called asking about same day dentistry as it mentions it on their website, and my bf (in urgent pain) is looking for a new dentist after bad experiences at his last one. They asked who his dentist was, I mentioned where, and she curtly told me to call them then and hung up on me. Wow. Good way to get new business.Edit to business's response*Would have been nice to hear all that on the phone. I've already booked with another dentist, won't be coming here. To the owners: train your receptionists better, never turn away business outright even if you can't immediately accommodate them!
