I’m not sure if this is the right spot to leave the review but I dealt with angelee in billing for encore by epcor and she was absolutely amazing!!!! She was so kind and understanding and had amazing customer service. Would absolutely recommend. Also epcor is way cheaper than direct energy. She deserves a raise.

Epcor double charged me 250 bucks and it put my account in over draft. They would not repay me until 2 weeks later and that was my grocery money. They said it was my fault for not reading the fine print about paying manually. I did my due diligence and paid early so they did me a huge disservice and charged me twice. Now I can’t afford food. What horrible business practice. I now get charged interest on the money they took from me because of overdraft.

After two years with Epcor, I have always paid through direct deposit with minimal issue. Now last month they didn't take my payment, have rolled the balance over to this month's, and labelled my account Delinquent" my term is almost up for this year's billing and I will never use Epcor again. Nothing but a company dedicated to taking as much of your money as possible."

The rates are decent, but every month I get my bill later and later. It's the middle of the month and I'm still waiting. I signed up for E-billing to prevent having to wait so long, and yet it comes later every month!! Can be frustrating when you are trying to budget.

2 1/2 years they held my $400 deposit; held Captive. I was told 2 times it would be returned to no avail after waiting months and months. They're only recourse is blackmail for Direct Removal of amount from account. Got sick fell behind and instead of allowing me my Deposit back, I was blackmailed into forcefully signing access to my Bank Account or shutting off my Power and Water! I'm disgusted and if I had the time, I would have taken them to court and sue for my Deposit. I need to get onto Solarcells so I can free myself from these TYRANTS!

Payed power bill in full and my power is still shutting off even tho the bill went through can't even cook supper. Getting very annoyed with epcor as lines are always full on the phone I sit on hold for hours and don't get through plus the overcharge problems.

Having issues with my water , giving me rash and tasting like chemicals. Absolutely no help at all the actually very rude so dissatisfied
