I have an unusual set up having a natural swimming pond in my yard. I wanted to have it heated and solar seemed a good way to go. I got a quote from another local company but they were not interested in answering questions around my particular situation. I reached out to Solar Wave and had a quote, answers to my questions and the solar heating plumbed and installed within two weeks. I am thrilled with the results. I really appreciate the time Jesse took to explain things and make sure I'm happy with the system. In fact, at no extra charge he came back to add some extra piping because the pond set up is not like a traditional pool and the extra pipes helped circulate the heated water.2021-04-27 update - Jesse continues to provide excellent service long after the install. He answers my email questions and comes to help promptly if I need anything. I highly recommend Jesse and his team.

The team did a great job of installing solar panels on a tricky roof and were very helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. It's been 3 years and the system works flawlessly thanks to Solar Wave.

We hired Jesse and Solar Wave to install our pool solar panels approximately 10 years ago and have been extremely happy with them ever since. Recently we replaced our roof shingles and had Solar Wave out to remove and reinstall the panels. After a bad wind storm Jesse came out the following day to make a minor repair caused by the wind. We have found Solar Wave to be very professional in all of our interactions with them. Communications have been easy as Jesse always responds in a timely fashion. I would reccomend Solar Wave to anyone in the market for Solar Panels.

If you are considering solar heating for your pool, then absolutely do it (it is worth it) - and get Solar Wave to do the work. They do an incredible job during the installation and set up - but, equally importantly - their service after the fact is amazing. Jesse is amazing - and cares about his customers and provides exceptional support year after year.

We had a system installed in July 2019 and it has functioned adequately. It does not so much extend the swimming season as it does enhance it a bit. We went to commission for the 4th year and one of the panels leaked. Solar Wave sent out a tech about a week or so after we notified them and 3 weeks later we received a bill for nearly $700. They determined that one panel in the middle of the others had been subject to wind damage" and was not covered under any warranty. Mind you Solar Wave installed rhe system. We are extremely disappointed with a system that does not function as well as a gas heater and failed after 3 seasons. Consider your options carefully before purchasing one of these systems.6/15/2022 reply to Jesse;When the sun is strong (and out) in June-August the system functions well. In May and September it does not and it does not function at all when the sun isn't out. Draw your own conclusions as to which adjective best suits. Unfortunately repair was never presented as an option. The customer is always wrong is not a good business model."

Great experience , very customized to our needs , including a complex web based control system, dedicated a lot of time to educate us in how to best use it, the solar was installed last year and had reduced our heating cost considerably, we used the pool almost daily , it would had been too costly without this.Had a problem this spring and was quickly resolved -under guarantee- no chargeGreat company to work with, highly recommended,

Right from the start I found Jesse to be extremely responsive to my questions and emails and he provided multiple quotes without hesitation. His prices were the most competitive of several installers I contacted. On installation day, Jesse and his crew did a great job to make the installation fit in with my new garage roof and siding colours and they left the job site clean. During testing they found 4 panels with leaks which was a factory defect. Jesse came back within days to replace them and the system has worked perfectly since. I’m extremely happy with the system and the automatic controller and have been impressed with how well it works – it raised the pool temperature by 10 F in a single sunny day in May. We are looking forward to a nice warm pool this summer. I highly recommend working with Solar Wave.

My Solar Wave pool heater has been working well for 10 years. I had a problem with it this year and Jesse found an inexpensive solution. I highly recommend these guys.
