The manager of the store, Tracy, was above and beyond helpful. I had an issue with an online order and she devoted a tonne of time and effort to resolving it for me. I cannot recommend the customer service hers enough. Bonus, the suitcase I bought was also excellent.

Went to pick up a purse I had seen on the web site. Very bad customer service. The two employees could not have cared less. There were unopened boxes completely blocking the entire purse rack, so you could not even get to the product to purchase. Spend your money elsewhere.

This place has a pretty good selection of mostly good quality and different types of luggage. They also have backpacks, toiletry bags, and wallets. The staff are very helpful.
