CDL Carpet and Flooring did a great job installing tile in three bathrooms, a heated floor and curb-less shower in the ensuite, and carpet throughout our two-storey walkout home. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome – beautiful bathrooms and carpet.Working with Braedon was a great experience. He helped us over many months to choose the right styles, colors, and materials, until we were totally satisfied. Once started, the project was not without challenges: faulty tiles, shortages of manpower and materials during COVID, and an unlevel sub-floor in the ensuite bathroom – a significant challenge when installing a curb-less shower. Braedon and CDL resolved every concern and problem that we encountered – with care, concern, and perseverance.The integrity shown by Braedon and CDL Carpet and Flooring is rare in our experiences, and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

We had our kitchen floor and back hall and had some unexpected challenges (not uncommon for older home). CDL was great in figuring out a solution, adapting to the interruption of the planned schedule and bringing the right crew to handle the issues. Want to comliment installers Curtis and Lyn/Jay for their excellent work and sales Stephen!! CDL was also very fair in adjusting the invoice to remove activities not done and pricing new work fairly.

I worked with CDL Flooring last winter to install vinyl plank in my basement and tile through my upstairs bathrooms. Stephen Pailer was patient and answered all of my many questions. He kept the project moving along without being pushy or aggressive. All of the other staff I dealt with were excellent as well. There was a problem with one of the installations, but CDL acted quickly to resolve it, and I was very happy with the result. I would absolutely work with Stephen and CDL again.

A seamless experience with Billy Mpofu at CDL Flooring in the South... thank you for taking all of our stress away! Kind and a calm soul is Billy who listened and knew his product well... he almost read my mind! Polite and conscientious, we felt like we made a friend. Our carpet arrived on time and they were able to accommodate our many schedule changes. A lot of care taken with the install and a beautiful job all around. Very positive experience... I ordered the same colour of carpet approx. six months apart: both carpets were installed in the basement and had at least one connecting seam. CDL did its best to make sure the two colours would be as close a match as possible. When one section seemed to show wear sooner than the other section, CDL sent samples to the manufacturer. I appreciated their efforts, even though the manufacturer did not feel that the quality of the second install was inferior. In the end, I am giving five stars as I am not a carpet expert and I felt CDL did its best to advocate for me.

Tracy Keith did a phenomenal job helping us select a product that we are very happy with, she was knowledable, approachable, worked with us through schedule changes, and put in a lot of extra effort to find creative solutions for us. The installers were very professional, clean, and fast! We were extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship they were able to acheive in some tricky situations in our older home.
