3 hours on hold to make an appointment when only 7 people were in the que ahead of me only for them to disconnect the call because they closed. extremely unprofessional. what’s the point of having a family doctor if you can’t even get ahold of anyone.

worst doctor the face of this earth ive called over 25 times today and have not gotten through once they do not care what so ever about there patients and love to take time off , its nearly impossible to even get a appointment if you even actually get through ,this is also not the first time this has happened , every single time i need a doctors appointment its the same thing every time i have to call 45 time then wait a month for a appointment or end up going just straight to the walk in clinic . i will 100% be finding a new doctor

Joke of a doctor’s office. Impossible to get on the phone. Been a patient for over half a decade and it has been this way the entire time. Have had to go to walk in clinics 3 separate times in the last year because this office is unreachable. They don’t seem to care.

Amazing doctor, but absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to call and get through to the front desk. The line is constantly busy that it doesn't even ring but gives you only a busy dial and hangs up. I've called 12 times through out the day and will still get a busy dial. I've been a patient for 5 years and still this problem persists.

Excellent Doctor, but impossible to get through to front desk via phone to get testwork results. I had a placental abruption, they had my test work results, and i couldn't get through due to consistent busy signal. I tried 8 times over the course of 2 days. Calling the other staff was not helpful (they were very frustrated that i had called them instead, i imagine I am not the first to do so/ try the partner's doctor front desk instead to try and freaking get a hold of someone and why they were frustrated with me)

Absolutely love Dr Hadcock and his team. I’ve been his patient for many years . He always makes feel important and listens to my concerns . Staff is always so friendly . Glad I have such a great Dr

Called for an appointment for severe chest pain and was told to wait several days for an appointment by the receptionist. They did not seem concerned and no follow up. Would not recommend. They do not take you serious and receptionists should not be making decisions in denying someone an appointment in a timely manner.

Worst office, good luck getting an appointment, they back burner their patients and also have you sign to avoid walk in clinics but yet are never available, I’ve called the office over 50 times throughout the day and nothing. Let me also make it clear this happens every time. Save your patience and time find a different office this one is obviously above the amount it can handle.

Dr. Arguano and his team are wonderful. He’s a knowledgeable, patient and understanding doctor and has been great for my wife and I and our baby. However the 1 star is due to it being almost impossible getting them on the phone to book an appointment. Whenever we need to get in touch with them I’ll find a 30 min window of my day and just call over and over and over, sometimes over 100 times until I can get through. The line is literally always busy. You need to get lucky and find that 5 second window that the line becomes free. It’s very frustrating. When you do get them on the phone they’re helpful and very kind but until they figure out their front desk issue I can only give them 1 star.

Impossible to get an appointment. I understand that there is a shortage of family doctors at the moment, but that is no excuse for IGNORING people who need you. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody in the queue, and yet the office workers refuse to pick up the phone no matter how many times I call.
