I'm a Dynacare plus member for 2 years. I can usually access to my result on the same day but it is not the case anymore. In my recent two blood test, results are not visible after 48 hours and my doctor has nothing to refer to during my appointment. Also, not all the result are visible, eg I did 5 test, only 3 tests came back with result. What a joke, I do not know why am I paying for the membership! Switching to Lifelabs which I do not have to pay anything but can still have access to my result within 1 day.

This is one of the Dynacare location that has a better service. You can usually using web check-in to check wait time and join the line. The lab was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Maria was doing my blood work and she was very nice and friendly!

Maria is by far the kindest and best blood work person I’ve ever met! She not only is able to take blood without any pain, but she’s very nice and understanding. I drive 30km just to go to her.

Just visited this Dynacare location and the staff is wonderful. Sheena did my tests and she was gentle, thorough, and quick. On of the better visits I've had at any laboratory!

I booked online and went there 5 minutes before to the desk and informed I checked online.Then I had to wait another 40 minutes.The person who entered my details did not check me as I registered online. THEY DO NOT LISTEN

I checked in 10:20 am estimated time was 28 min , i was there at 10:40am and computer showed 33 min waiting timeI am surprised and ask front desk she said don’t worry you are next 5 min, unfortunately they called me at 11:25amIf you can’t control by check in online why do I need to spend time for registration.

Went there a few times around 10am. There's usually 1-2 technician around that time and it takes 15min for 2 patient. If there are 6ppl sitting there, the wait time would be 45min+. There are 3 rows of chairs in the waiting area, and because of the glass windows and the bright sun, air is stuffy. Sitting there for 45min causes migraine. Online check-in has not been working for a while. It was very efficient when it was working. Wait time was under 10min then. Very much wish that they have not abandon the online checkin.

I go out of my way to come here for my blood tests even though there are labs closer to where I live because it's always clean and professional, the staff is kind, and it's usually efficient.

Don't waste time for the online check in. I've submitted theonline check in and wait for one hour with no text notification. I then travel there and I find out the online check in is not in the system. I've to wait there for another 45 minutes.Thanks for the inconvenience!
