Great dental office!From the warm welcome at the front from Lisa right to the very end, everyone is nice and very helpful. Dr. Edward's is great and very personable. Love the music and the personal singer!No sales pressure which is great.They followed up with me and were able to get me back in right away when I had a small concern. Thank you Jeff, Lisa and all the wonderful staff!

Dr. Jeff Edwards and his team are fabulous. I’ve been going there for years now and have only had positive experiences. The dental hygienists, assistants and receptionists are all very welcoming, professional and fun. I can’t imagine a better dentist than Dr. Edwards. He’s extremely knowledgeable and caring. He explains procedures beforehand in very simple terms (what he’s going to do, why it’s important, any risks, etc.) so that you understand the plan and can make informed choices. For people with low pain tolerance who may be afraid of going to the dentist, Dr. Edwards is also great at managing pain and will make sure you stay comfortable the whole time. This team obviously cares a lot about their patients. Great dental office.

Dr Jeff Edwards and team are terrific! He is a very caring dentist who does excellent work. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable while you are there. The staff are all very friendly and get to know you as a person. My wife and kids switched to Dr Edwards from other dentists and are extremely happy. I highly recommend this dental office.

If you are looking for a dentist, you should go here! Dr. Edwards and his staff are fantastic. From the moment you walk in the door, each person you encounter is caring, kind and professional and you know without a doubt that you are in good hands. They are very thorough, skillful and take such good care of their patients explaining everything as you go and they provide great advice for in between appointments. If, by chance you have an urgent matter and need to get in to see them, they've got you covered. Everyone is so pleasant and their professionalism, skill and knowledge are the reasons this dental office is my families choice.

Dr. Jeff and his entire team at Byronwood Dental are nothing short of absolutely incredible. From the friendly welcome when you first walk in the door to the warm and comfortable environment they all create, the entire visit is wonderful and that’s coming from someone whose been traumatized from previous dental experiences and has dreaded going until we met dr.Jeff. I have only had wonderful experiences at Byron dental, from Lisa in admin, all the the dental hygienists (I’m so sorry I I don’t remember everyone’s names) and of course Dr. Edwards. I have been going to Dr. Edwards for a long time 15+ years I think. The staff really cares about you as a person and if you’re someone who is afraid of the dentist this place will put you at ease. This is a true story…. Dr. Edwards made me laugh during a root canal lol. I cannot say enough good things about this place and all the staff. My daughters really love him as well, when my oldest moved to NL she was sad she had to find a new dentist.

This has been my families dentist since I was born. All of the staff are beyond caring, accommodating and actually listen to what your needs are. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I took a lady I support in a wheelchair to see dr Edwards. We have some extra challenges with dentistry. Dr Edwards was absolutely lovely. He was very compassionate and understanding. He even went so far as to call a colleague for a consult and referral. His attitude and personality are fabulous. Great customer service.

Since we arrived in Canada my family and I have been with Dr. Jeffrey. little by little I have been overcoming my fears with the dentist, even my children have had a wonderful experience. All the staff are very professional and friendly, they clarify all your doubts and concerns. If you are looking for a dentist, do not hesitate to come. 1000% recommended.
