Went in yesterday needed a product and advice. The staff was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to help me. Special thanks goes out to Carson who was the most friendliest and professional employee I have ever met. He was attentive to my questions and went above and beyond to help me out. People have a lot of negative things to say about young people in the workplace these days but none of that applies to Carson. I wish more people were like him. I will definitely continue to go back to this location and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again to all staff at Home Hardware Victoria and especially to Carson!!!!

Two separate occasions I walked in looking for an exhaust fan for the bathrooms. Both times I was met with the best customer service of my life. Perfect replacements each time. Bring your old one in to match what they have in stock. Too bad there aren't more stores like these anymore.
