Ray came to get rid of mice in our attic, but could only open one of the hatches, so he put poison through that access, installed a couple of roof vent screens, and charged $450 plus tax. This was in November of last year. Then this summer, we heard mice running around in an area about six feet over from the one he had serviced. I called him and he said since this was not the same area, he was not accountable, which meant he had only serviced about 80sq' of attic space! We now have mice in several parts of the attic, including the one Ray serviced. So in effect, we paid $450 for six months of no mice in a floor area no bigger than a washroom. A total waste of money.

We had a problem with some squirrels in our roof and called Brilliex. The guys were great. They explained everything very well, with pictures. They set the one way door and we waited and hoped there were no babies! Or else it would have been a bigger job. It worked out but now I need to call them again with another pest problem. Bees! For real. Calling them now.

I had heard noises from my bedroom and went outside to check if anything was on my roof. Saw a raccoon hanging out there. Did some research online and came across Brilliex Pest Control website. Rang the phone and Sam was helpful in providing a quote over the phone and explaining the process based on what I told him I saw (I saw the entry point into my attic). Sam and his crew came by just a few hours later and met with me and explained what they were going to do and associated costs. Entered my attic and found 3 baby racoons and safely removed them and then installed a one-way door at the entry point and sealed off other entry points as a pre-caution. One week later when I was sure the racoon didn't re-enter my house they came by to finish the repair that was caused at the entry point. Removed the one-way door and secured the area.Very professional and very responsive. Everything was explained properly and they answered any questions I had. Would 100% recommend!

I came home tonight to my rented basement apartment to hear the scraping and screeching of an animal in my wood stove. After contacting a few different companies and receiving estimates that were extremely outrageous, I contacted 360 Wildlife Control Inc. The gentleman gave me a wonderful price, reassured me and showed up at my door within an hour with his partner to take care of the problem. They were so kind and took extraordinary measures to ensure the animal (a squirrel) was safely caged and let go back into the wild. They took extra time to go up on the roof of the house (in the dark too!) and ensure the chimney was caged appropriately so that no further wildlife could get in. Had Ray come out to check on my deck as to why racoons keep going under my deck even though we couldn't find any entrances anywhere. Had a reputable company come last year to help us and they simply jumped around the deck to check for noise. They added a metal guard on the window well and a one way door but racoon somehow kept going under. Ray eventually found the problem when many of us couldn't. He installed a permanent one-way door and hopefully it will solve our problems for good! Definitely will hire them again!
