Apex Dental Clinic

It started with me & my brothers coming to Dr Trinh when we little kids and now as a mother, I have brought my two teenagers to Dr Chan and we couldn't be happier. They are truly an amazing team and always a pleasure to deal. Highly recommend Dr Chan's office :)

The service is great. Wait times are not. I've been here around 5 times or so, I've never been late yet I've always spent an extraordinary amount of time in the waiting room. Keeping young children in control while waiting for anywhere from 30min to 45min is no easy feat. There's wifi available and there's free parking below up to two hours.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to in all my life. They are so accommodating and polite, do a great job with their services and priced reasonably.

I was referred by my cousin Jen.Dr. Chan and Dr. Trinh are amazing and very comfortable to talk to. They are very professional. I'm very lucky to have found a honest practice. I understand that some people may have budget restrictions but we need to consider a doctor's professional opinion for our health in the end.I'm currently on invisilign, after a few multiple scalings. I'm very happy with their 25 years of practice . But it's not the quantity but definitely the quality you feel inside and out. Thank you so much. I am very thankful and proud to have Apex dental help me.Lastly, they have a clean waiting room and facilitiy. I like their courtesy fridge of drinks too, while watching the Food Network on their screens. Free parking in the neighborhood as well as 2 hour free parking in their parkade building. So convenient that it's right across Metrotown too!Update: March 2023It has been almost a year and a half. I’ve been doing my cleanings and Invisalign and felt like family with Apex. I feel so much better overall and see the improvements before and after. I’m very thankful and I always look forward to seeing Dr. Chan and Dr. Trinh! It’s life changing and I’m much more happier.

This is my 1st experience after 24 years with my old dentist. The office environment is excellent and all Hi Tech. People are friendly. Dr Michael Chan might be a good dentist but my impression before getting on was unpleasant. I almost walked away. He is young but very hyped dentist. For me I want to get relaxed before entering the tiny room. I feel like we are pulling each other on my teeth. After all I will go again but at least 6 months apart. He should be clam down a bit regardless of his enthusiasm toward the patients.

Been going here my whole life. Not a single complaint! Professional, clean, and efficient.

Today (November 19 ) my mom and little brother went to the clinic as their appointment was at 4pm, my mom was put behind the lady at 5pm. The receptionist there should be fired, she lied to  my mom and then when my mom confronted her about the situation that her appointment was at 4pm and the lady was at 5pm, she told my mom the lady had an appointment at 4pm , but that is not possible because the dentist cannot see 2 people at the same time, instead of saying sorry she made a mistake her attitude became ignorant and she laughed which made my mom angry because my mom was the age of her parents, I suggest next time this dental clinic hire a receptionist that is trustworthy. The reason my mom knew the receptionist was lying was because at 4:20 the lady came and they both tallked, the lady told my mom that her appointment was at 5pm but she came earlier because she wanted to make it on time. People dont have time all day to wait around. Besides the cold hearted receptionist cheating people out of their time.! The dental service is great, and dentist is kind.
