Long wait even with your appointment!The nurses very very bad with patients.

i came there for a knee pain. the doctor didnt even try to take a radio of my knee. he told me to book a follow up appointment. they called me yesterday to tell me it will be by phone. ive been waiting 2:15h, still no call? i tried calling them, waited 30 mins (if not more) for a receptionist to ask me to wait a little bit more… for them to hang up on me?

This is my new preferred clinic. I used to go at Pointe-aux-trembles but now I find this new clinic very clean, waiting times are very short like 10 mins max with an appointment. Plus, I speak more English than French. When the doctor notice I’m a bit struggling to speak in French, he talks right away with me in English. Dr. Nabil Labateya served us very professionally. Also thumbs up to Dr. Perreault who checked my son. They’re really good doctors and you’ll feel that you’re very welcome. I’m very comfortable to go at this clinic and my new preferred clinic to bring my kids.

I had a very good experience at this clinic! Not a lot of waiting around, friendly nurses and staff. They all did their best to accommodate, because my French is very basic. The doctor took the time to really understand my issue and explore all possible causes and angles, so she could recommend the best possible treatment for me.

Excellent wait time, the girls at the general reception are kind and humane and drs. are amazing. My GP Dr Ionescu and the ones I've seen at SRDV are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and overall humane.

Hello there. Very clean venue. new building. There's parking area. the inside is very spacious. neatly. 3 people working in the secretariat, no queue. I did not wait long for the nurse. ı waited to doctor at the new, clean and spacious waiting hall. I met Doctor Sarah. she was very polite and interested. Thanks Dr Sarah E. I recommend this place. go with peace of mind. Feel free to feel your treatment in a comfortable way.

Easy to take an appointment. Friendly staff. Very short wait times. Doctors very efficient. Radiology and pharmacy in the same building. Got everything done in a very short time.I highly recommend this clinic.

I really like this place. Despite the bad comments i decided to go and it was so much better than the other places that i went to. Dr francis is really a nice personIt's better to take a sans rendez-vous 24hrs before than to show up the day with no appointment. Can't complain

Mixed impressions on this medical clinic for various reasons. The reception staff, in my opinion, are very serviable. They are polite and try to accomodate patients as best they can. People tend to forget that they are the ones receiving the burden between the patient's pain/impatience and the doctors schedule/orders. Then there's the triage nurses (which I have an issue with). Finally, there's the physicians.I know that nurses have in general, unpleasant jobs. Kudos to them. However, in this clinic, they seem to think they are doctors or 'know-it-alls'. Should you go to the clinic without actually scheduling an appointment with your doctor, you WILL pass by triage. God willing, the nurse will have called in sick. The amount of times I was poked and missed (veins), or one nurse wanted to flush my brains through my adjacent ear, or checking my throat with a waxed filled grey tubed light that was obviously used on a prior patient with lots of golden ear wax (for the record; it wasn't mine). So hygiene and skills are not at the top of these nurses 'know-hows'. As for the physicians, I have nothing negative to say about them, except that they each have their temperament and working method that can appeal to an array of different patients.
