Last Minute Training was an excellent service I used to find a computer course online. The website is easy to navigate. And the customer service went above and beyond when I wasn't able to attend a training due to illness. The actual training provider told me that I had to completely re-register and pay again to take the same course. However when I talked to Last Minute Training, they told me that the provider does allow you to register for another date without paying. They were able to contact the provider and get me registered again without any issues or extra charges. I will definitely using Last Minute Training again.

I discovered Last Minute Training during a web search and later found out that it was a preferred vendor for the company I work for. I found Last Minute Training through a web search after another company pulled their offered live class (at the last minute!) I had been planning to take and made it a virtual class instead. Registration was quick and painless (we even saved about $500 from the original price) with Shannon calling me directly within minutes of my email request for assistance.I was originally looking for a software course on Microsoft Project but found instead a GREAT course on Project Management itself. I signed up for the course on Friday the 31st and the course started on Monday the 10th which did not give us much time for my course materials to be delivered, so when the 3rd party vendor sent my materials to Last Minute instead of to me I was worried I would not have them on time. Shannon was very quick to email me however, with the update that they were being UPS'd immediately (including tracking number) and I got them the very next day (Thursday) which gave me plenty of time to review the material before the class.Even during the class itself Shannon was quick to respond to my inquiries and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable company to do training with to check out Last Minute Training - they're excellent at following up and staying on the ball.

I was looking for training on MS Project quickly. Your friendly staff at Last Minute had the flexibility to register me for a course immediately.I appreciated the fact they asked me to review the course outline before hand so our expectations were in line.The structure of the training was perfect. They went from basics through to advanced and the instructor was very friendly, patient and had experience working with various industries.I was able to apply the outline of the training the following day at work.Moreover, during the day of the training they also provided a Lunch and Learn on stress management, which was very helpful.Thanks again for this marvelous one day training course. In true last minute style, I called seeking a specific course for that Monday - it was Friday! Shannon was able to find the exact course I needed - with a constant stream of caffeine! - and a teacher who went above the call of the course content to help us with related issues.Since receiving this extreme customer service (I feel as though I have my own personal training coordinator), I haven't even bothered going anywhere else except to prove to others that Last Minute Training really does have the best prices.
