I tried to contact them but no one ever pick up the phone. I called several times and still could not reach to anyone. I have seen that they got a good rating in google map so I want to try it. I gave neutral rating because I haven’t used their business yet but hope that they would change their policy to pick up the call or respond to email fast.

Very rude and unprofessional lady. do not ever go to her. in the first place, I called her & she booked my appointment. when I reached in the plaza, the suit is upstairs and I couldn't find the place. So, i called her but she didn't pick any call. Then, I had to ask people around for the exact location and then I reached over there. after that she told me that why were you calling me? I said because I have an appointment at 2:00 pm that's why and moreover I couldn't find your place. then she said okay. after that, she put a chair outside her office and told me to sit down. following with that, she told me to email the docs. after getting the docs, she said this is not good. but, it was good because it has everything that she should be in it. then, she told me that she couldn't do it. I said that it is urgent please do it. she said NO, come on Monday. And then, I called her on Monday she said you can come 2:30 pm but I was unable to go that time. and, then I asked her if I could come Tuesday in the morning? she said I come to work at 11am. moreover, she said may be I will not come to work. Please do not go to this creepy lady.

Хочу рассказать о своем опыте с сертифицированным переводчиком Аллой Гаткиной и агенством переводов и сертификации North York translation and notarization. Когда звонишь и пытаешься обьяснить что нужно тебя перебивают и читают лекции. В итоге, сделали опечатку в фамилии в доверенности то отказались исправить, так как оригинала документов уже были в России. Это только мое впечатление но я хочу предупредить всех об отвратительном сервисе и некачественном исполнении работы

I highly recommend this company. The translations were professional , neat, and absolutely fair pricing. I have used this company on multiple occasions and will continue to do so.

Among other things, was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the service. Submitted my docs on Sunday, everything was ready for pickup the following Tuesday.

Мы живем рядом, расположение и часы работы очень удобны для нас. Они открыты по субботам, что большой плюс. Обращались несколько раз: оформляли завещания, документы для вызова родственников в гости и доверенность для путешествия с детьми (когда летал с детьми сам без жены). Цены очень разумные, все было сделано быстро: приехал отдал документы, потом заскочил и забрал.

Got the translated document in 1 day and at least 3 times cheaper than other places I found on Google. Very pleased with the quality too. Thank you!

Found this company through a referral and would gladly pass on the referral. We needed several documents translated and expected it to take twice as long as it did. The price was very fair given the amount of translating that we required. Thank you for the hard work!
