Called got a quote went in and no one was at the front to greet us. One man came up started looking at parts didn't even say hello or anything then left. 10 minutes later some delivery driver came in.. again said nothing to us and the owner came up giving him parts and they both said nothing and left. Then another guy came up and said absolutely nothing so I said excuse me is there anyone here to help us" he said " ya

Awesome guys to deal with. Beat Rockauto's prices by $80 on a $500 purchase. Definitely will be buying all future parts from them. Also their English is great, did not have difficulty communicating.

Disorganized. It is much faster to get service if you call them while standing in line. Phone takes priority over in-person. They are so busy that they have no time to be courteous. The business would be better if you could order online using their system and avoid talking to them or going in person. The only value they have is their low price. Until Amazon takes over.

In my opinion, they have the best price in town. i don't even have to call anybody else.Partssource had the AC recharge can for $17, Z & X had it for less than $9 ...one of many many examples of why i like to shop independent rather than big box.

Very affordable parts from Z&X, sometimes slow to arrive and hectic, but they’re very busy. Rightfully so! If your automotive bill is expensive try ZX to save a lot of money!

December 23, 2022Purchased Type Size 96R Vehicle Battery 2 years ago failed after just over a year (2021) and went back for warranty exchange (1.5 warranty coverage) which was fine.1 year later this vehicle battery failed which was unable to hold enough charge.Decided to purchase battery from a more reliable source for batteries.Very disappointed with quality of vehicle batteries. Won't recommend!!!

I am providing an honest review, and if there is anything less than one star, I will choose it. - I bought stabilizer links for my first car, which failed after 8 months -I bought stabilizer links and ball joints for my second car, which still makes noise, took them off and went to their shop to return the parts (which were still under warranty), and they refused to refund me, their customer service is really rude, BTW other stores refund for their products that are still under warranty, but I was told that's not their policy, which explains why they carry the most cheap low quality products.If you want a high-quality product, avoid this store. period

Came here to pick up brakes which I ordered from before and I told them I would pick up at 5pm. When I went there to pick up today they were closed. I came from really far away (a different city) and they were closed when their hours show open until 6pm. Very unprofessional service and they don't value your time.

Ok sometimes, parts wrong parts late parts missing but when there good there great !!!!
