like all of the vet clinics on the south shore of nova scotia they are disgusting, all they want is your money and have little or no compassion. we just had our little girl pass away at home , i believe pain free, because we could not get an appointment to do the right thing for her. i personally am going to contact a lawyer to see what charges can be brought up against all of them , cruelly to animals at least. should be no stars

I have been taking my puppy there since he was born. We had him on nexx guard and it wasn't agreeing with his belly I had already bought 6 pills. They switched him and gave me credit for for the remaining pills no questions asked . Very good customer service holly . Great experience

I came to Nova with a dire emergency they were compassionate and caring and professional and i felt at ease and that I received exemplary service and care for my cat. After a tragic missed diagnosis and delays from another vet, which ultimately resulted in my cat passing on, they did all they could to help me and they showed her such gentle compassion they will be my go to choice from now on.

Dr. King and the staff at this location is amazing! I have been bringing my puppers here ever since we moved to Bridgewater. Dr. King was the first vet to actually gain my dogs trust and not just deem him aggressive like the other 2 vets we went to in Halifax. My dog now loves going to the vet. My dog is an extremely difficult case with his allergies but Dr. King has been amazing to work with and try to figure out what's going on. I tell everyone to try this vet as they are just simply amazing! Bruno and I love them very much

Very friendly staff. We just needed our baby dewormed. He was just in for a quick look over. He loves visiting they guys. He gets lots of treats. So 17 year old baby the kitty approves !!

Left an email waited about a week then called. Let's be honest they're not professional or polite. Was certainly happy to say they aren't accepting any new clients. Good luck pet owners in area .. Out of pure desperation and due to location must be the reason they're full..
