Had a septic inspection done which included almost no information. The majority of the report was explaining how septic tanks work. It included what was visible, with no information about what that meant for our tank. We ended up paying for a second septic tank inspection with a different company, and it became very clear how useless our first inspection was. I'd highly recommend using someone else for inspection purposes.

Carson at Cobob Pumps was fantastic. We called him to get the job done. He got us in right away and was able to get it all back up and running in our emergency situation.

We called for a cistern pump install. The pump connectors were poor quality ie galvanized steel (that will eventually rust). The one valve cracked and air leaked in. We called to have them look at this but they did not fix the valve. Instead they said the cistern line was full of air and just got rid of the air bubble. The same problem occurred and they would not come to look at the pump or reimburse us for any of the work. Instead they told us they were shutting down business (ie closing shop) and moving so they did not have time to look at the issue. However, it appears they are still open.As well - when we had another company come out to fix the issue, they advised the cistern pump settings were incorrectly set up upon initial install.I would not recommend Carson for any cistern work. I would give them no stars but that was not an option.

Fast, courteous, caring and competitive pricing. Jeremy was very knowledgable and did a great job at explaining the care and maintenance of our sewage system to prevent damage. Bought an acreage with no idea what we were getting into. Carson came out; was super knowledgeable and incredibly patient with our incredible amount of questions. Went above and beyond to explain the what/where/who/how which in turn could save us a lot of money down the road. Grateful for the service. Arrived on time. Report came a few days later. Would definitely recommend!

First experience with Cobob was when we built our house and he put in a field for us. Extremely knowledgeable on the proper sizing, installation and maintenance. His pricing was more than fair and under the other companies we requested quotes from. I read some of the reviews and can guarantee we did not find any issue with his service, pricing and friendly personality. He is the type of man who many of us should try and be more like. I would recommend Cobob for any of your water sewer needs. I do not recommend allot of companies so the only reason i have is that I am that pleased with them.David

Don't bother to book an appointment using their website interface. They didn't show up on the requested time and no call was received until 6 days later. It's not the quality Cobob company I dealt with 25 years ago.

I originally gave this place 5 stars from my previous dealings. Apparently that's all changed as he cant return calls. I'm not sure if hes too busy or just unorganized but either way its unacceptable. I will not be using this company again.

Changing my review to 2 stars since they actually did try to help after 8 months of no responses.But still beware before using them. I got an inspection done with recommendations before we bought a house. Tried signing up for monthly monitoring and to get help with the recommendations they made, and just got ignored for months on end. Also, if you have an older install from the early 2000's that Cobob did, be prepared. Ours was installed extremely poorly and had quite the bill to correct the issues from original install.
