I recently had an unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership. The sales person seemed to have lacked basic knowledge about the vehicle , hence selling me a vehicle that broke down after 200km of usage, leaving me to take care of the repair by myself even after I contacted them. the transparency of the staff was abysmal and the finance guy made me feel like nothing more than a dollar sign.

I had a great purchase experience here at 401 Dixie Infiniti in November 2019. Raj assisted me through the process and was more than patient and understanding.Dilawri Group manages various automotive brands so if the after-sales care with respect to servicing and other issues that may arise during car ownership is managed fair and well, I can see myself coming back as a repeat customer. They're also partnered with Fast Wheels which offers a decent aftermarket wheel selection for the money and a good selection of winter tires.I'm due for an oil change soon so hopefully the servicing experience will be as good as the sales experience!

I was there with my wife a week ago and i spoke to Brad , soon as we walk through the door all stuff is very friendly and prompt, in less than 5 minutes i was test driving a car, if you need to buy a car with someone you should go there and talk to Brad, he is not just one more sells rep that reads the brochure, he actually knows cars and he is a car enthusiastic. needles to say that i bought my car there and i am very happy with Brad and Mike.

Recently went in for a routine service and had an amazing and smooth visit as per usual. Promptly at 8:00am on Saturday, Ron opened the doors to the service gate. As i drove my car in, I was immediately greeted by Angela. After a brief conversation, Angela asked if i wanted any coffee and then escorted myself to a desk where i could sit and study for my LSAT exam which is rapidly approaching. After quickly diagnosing a small ECU error within my car, Angela gave me a full break down of what the issue was and how long it would take to correct... Within that time frame, the service was complete and my car was even washed....Excellent service as always....Thanks Angela!

If I could give this service department more than 5 stars I would. This is not the first time that I ran into issues with my Q50. Calling them in a panic, they did everything they could to help.Ron Thompson is by far the best service adviser I have ever dealt with his customer service is the best. Even though they were super booked, I left my car there the whole day and was able to get it back to go home, repairs done!!They always answer calls which is so appreciated, so many other dealerships you need to leave a message and wait for a call back and I love the new system where they texted you an update along with pictures/video as to what the issue is.I highly recommend these guys!

I’ve bought quite a few cars over the years. Never have I and my family ever been put at risk by the callousness of this dealership and their mechanics, whomsoever decided it was okay to put tires with barely any tread. Not even to pick up friends or go get winter tires or dinner that night. Didn’t have time to click pictures because within 3 HOURS of having picked up the car the car lost traction and slid into snow that very day.I’ve driven RWD manual V8 sports cars and never had a problem, in the winter!Thanks for the trauma and the mental hassle of fighting with their recommended body shop just to get my car back.Was referred here by a friend and informed them of the same. Neither me, nor their friends and family are ever coming back to this dealership.Going by your scripted copy-paste responses I doubt any personnel care about customer safety and satisfaction.Let’s see what Infiniti Canada has to say about this for this CPO CAR.
