Impossible to reach Groupe tecnic 2000 Inc or any of its affiliated schools, the customer center online is not available and therefore we are unable to unsubscribe to courses and receive a reimbursement for no fulfilment of services. I do understand the COVID-19 situation however it is unacceptable not to be able to speak to someone or get a call back. It was easy for Groupe tecnic to take payments but definitely not easy to have service. Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
