This is my to-go bubble tea place for summer!!! The Oreo Ice Cream tastes like genuine oreo!! I always come to this store. The pearls are usually really great! However last sunday, the pearls aren’t that great and has a weird texture. Regardless, I don’t really mind because the drink was amazing as always! I hope they deal with this little problem though. Anyway, this is an amazing place with a huge variation of drinks to enjoy!

One of the better boba places I’ve been to, been coming here for about a month now.They have amazing drinks as well as a wide variety of dishes and snacks to choose from. I’ve tried a fair amount of the drinks they serve, all of which are tasty, refreshing and beautifully made.I definitely recommend stopping by here to get a Mango Lychee Slush or Butterfly Pea Tea(New Drink!) to refresh and keep you hydrated while you shop. And if you’re ever feeling hungry I would definitely grab one of their Pork Ramen Bowls.

I don’t get why the rating is so bad. The people here are great whenever I come, always smiling and having a short but nice chat with me. The place has lots of amazing drinks. One of the best bubble tea I had in the city. Now, I am a regular customer.

Ordered Mango Lychee slush and egg waffles from sunridge location. The lady who was serving me kept laughing and making fun of me as she spoke to other's in their language.I got the egg waffles and it was not fully cooked. I told them the waffles wasn't cooked and they spoke in their language again and laughing saying that that's how it should be. I'm a cook and I know how uncooked waffles tastes and looks like. What If I get stomachache?Poor customer service and bad food.

I ordered the honeydew slush. They're for sure not using real honeydew, I could taste the milk powder and that didn't leave a nice taste. Maybe their tea options are better. The tapioca pearls were strange, very jelly-like I almost thought I was given jelly pearls instead. Usually, tapioca pearls are a more solid feeling. The slush part of the drink was also weak.

When I tried their regular hot coffee for the first time, my expectations were not high, but man, that was the best coffee I ever had. We tried their Bubble Teas as well as Ice Creams, and they were the best you can get anywhere. We are now their regular customer, and drive from SW to NE just to visit Cha House.

Tried Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and it’s good to quench your thirst when in the mall. Certain drinks are only a single size option. The amount of pearls is not a lot and I feel like the amount of ice takes up a lot of the volume. The taste therefore results more bland with a mild flavour. I tried a few other flavours too and it’s okay.

The pork ramen is really good! I didn’t expect a lot since it’s fast food but it exceeded my expectation.The employees were very accommodating and asked me to wait on a table. I was surprised and very thankful when they sent my order in my table. My family and I will be coming back for sure!
