I left feeling so much better and more beautiful than when I walked in. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, and really great value for your money using the February BOGO services offer. As a healthcare worker I was looking out for Covid protocols and noticed they seemed to do really well, including medical grade masks, facial shields when necessary and posted protocols for sanitization, and hand hygiene.

Absolutely the most amazing brow experience!!The tint is so gorgeous! I love how she colour matched me perfectly.I’ve never had someone take their time on my brows like this! The shape is beyond my expectations and I love how it looks. What an incredible experience it was!I can’t wait to come back. What more can I say?!

My all-time favourite place for eyebrow threading! I've been coming for 3 years, first to the Kitsilano location and then moving to Waterfront to follow my threader when they opened the new spot. The experience is calming from start to finish. I call (vs book online) so I can make sure the appointment is with Ranjeet, who has a fantastic eye for eyebrow shape. The tea they give is delicious, followed by excellent threading and a calming massage. And, if you're very particular about eyebrow makeup, you can bring your own and do it after in the luxurious Fairmont washrooms nearby.

Ranjit is fabulous! I had the most wonderful head massage afterwards that is included in the eyebrow service with beautifully scented moisturizers. Great experience!

The facial is quick and luxurious. I enjoyed that all the products were plant based and organic. Incredible value as it only cost $45 for 45 minutes. Also received the brow service, so I left with beautiful brows and soft skin. Wonderful service.

My family member has been going to Ranjit for a few years now and always raved about her professionalism and service. After being unsuccessful in finding someone locally and not doing a proper job I thought why not. She is definitely worth the drive to downtown. She's helped fix up my brows and knows what she is doing without me having to say much but also listens to my concerns. Thank you Ranjit and hope to see you soon. Definitely wish there was a location on this side of the Fraser River.

Bombay Brow Bar is simply the best. They are the only place I trust to get my eye brows shaped. I love that they are locally owned and operated. All the technicians are wonderful and I always feel welcomed when I arrive. I highly recommend - they really know what they're doing and provide great recommendations for your desired brow shape.
