The best place to have Mexican food. Barbacoa tacos were delicious. Everything is fresh. Staff is really helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Just dropped by this place, I love Mexican food but not many places can deliver.This place however did not disappoint.I learnt it opened 3 months ago.The employee taking my order didn’t seem to be on the ball with everything.Maybe she’s new or not enough training but she was nice and full of energy.The food was actually pretty good, really clean kitchen and Love the decor and simple design.The sour cream is too thick.The chips were not good, could definitely do better.The diced steak beef is awesome, would be nice to have shredded beef as an option.The rice is at best eatable, they give too much rice, half the amount would sufficePrice is reasonable.Would be my go to place if I am in new west skytrain station.

Awesome food and amazing staff. I go here after work at least twice a week and even though it’s late the workers there always greet me with a smile. Love going there and the service is always great!

The food is amazing, service is fast and the staff is exceptionally sweet and kind. Patiently take your order. I have been taking my burrito here for the past 5 months, and they remember me and my order, such kind of personal touch makes you feel welcome. Best place to eat mexican in New West and special recommendation to this branch. Get your food made by Camcee(staff)

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered here before when I was still a student a few months ago. The feeling of my food poisoning experience still haunts me to this day and swore I will never go here again. Got a chicken bowl for take out for lunch from here one day and after some time, my stomach started feeling the WORST it’s ever been (endured the worst stomach twisting pain for at least 2 hours) AND it started my migraine to top it off. Suspected it was the chicken because I realized each time I took a few bites of it, I would feel worse. Haven’t had food poisoning until then and I panicked, didn’t know how to handle it. Thank god I didn’t have to present in-front of an audience which I did lots as a student. Completely unsanitary food and overall meat handling. Do yourself a favour and go to Chipotle instead.

Decently fresh and healthy if you’re in a pinch near the skytrain station.Throughly mixed the bowl to get sauce and ingredients mixed but found it bland compared to other places such as Mucho Burrito.

They hire students as staff, which is great. But there is no one to train them in customer service, accepted behaviour or food safe. This is collective experience from 6-7 visits, and then I completely stopped going there.Staff is awkward, they are always busy talking to each other in their native language, I always saw one or two staff video calling in the back/side while someone served me. The person while serving me will wear gloves and then touch computer screen, handle money, touch his cell phone, touch store phone, and then handle my food with same hands, as if gloves are to protect his/her hands from getting dirty and not my food from hands.All the ingredients are cross contaminated all the time. They have no knowledge about food allergies or food preferences, they all looked clueless.They are mostly out of veges and sauces even at 5pm when they close at 10pm.The guy who owns this location is never here, have heard them talk about him. Or a manager.Conclusion: it’s better to go dine in in a restaurant where you are served by experienced staff on your table. Im sure you can order a dish in $14 which is the cost of one burrito here.
