Key Home Inspections
I would highly recommend Enio from Key Home Inspections for your home inspection. We are first time home-buyers and therefore did not have a lot of previous knowledge of what to expect with our 60+ year-old home. Enio was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely patient walking us through everything while he did his inspection. In the final report, Enio not only provides the inspection information in an easy-to-read format, but also provides a cost estimate, a recommendation of when each item should be replaced/repaired and he provides possible vendors to reach out to. We feel a lot better about our purchase and have a plan of action for our home. Thank you Enio!

Key Home Inspections
We had to get a Home Inspection done in a time crunch and Enio was super responsive & helpful in making the time work. He was very informed and walked us through the entire inspection. The office manager, Jessica, is also very responsive with followups and helped us with getting the additional insurance added which was a welcome add-on. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Enio did a really great job with the home inspection. Very knowledgeable, punctual, and answered any questions we had. The report he sends at the end is also very insightful and allows us to prioritize what needs to be fixed and what can wait.
