Extremely understaffed location. Even though you have more than 6 cabins for blood test it seems like only 1-2 people can do blood work that significantly increases the wait time…

The staff is very rude and disrespectful, they are not welcoming at all and constantly fighting with other patients. There was one lady who helped me out, and other staff were questioning her help as well. A lot of preventable situations but just no regard for patient care. They are not approachable for help or questions.

They don’t know how to communicate! When you ask them a question at the front they don’t even let you finish you sentence before they start speaking over you. WORST CLINIC in Brampton! They told me to come back after an hour and when I did I had to wait another 45 mins even though everyone who came after me had already left. When I tried to communicate that they just responded in a very rude tone. Never coming here again! They need to get better staff who have customer service and communication skills.

This place is near my house so i prefer to go there but from next time its a big NO. The staff has too much attitude that they don’t even answer you questions especially that south Indian. It happens every time. They don’t know how to talk or respect. If they don’t want to answer people queries they must stay at their home. Don’t work. You don’t go there to get disrespected.

It was my first visit at this location, We were three family members to do blood work. Me, my husband and my son. I am so grateful that we were attended by the lady Name Mandeepak was so gentle, polite and professional. Even my son don't want to do blood work. She talked him and convinced him so nicely, even we all three don't feel any pain. I always recommend that nurse . May god bless her

I came with my sibling for blood test. Seats in sitting area are all empty. But still lady in front desk force me to wait outside. Says only patients are allowed inside on seats. I hope they change policy and allow one visitor with patients to sit inside in case seats are available

Your online booking system needs to be CHUCKED IN THE GARBAGE. I've been trying since 8am - spoke to two people, one emailed and I've done this process 5 times with 3 different emails.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came in for my appointment and the que to the check in desk took 15mins alone. Told her I was here for my appointment and she said I was late. Mean while a few other patients who made an appointment went up to let her know that they had an appointment and she said to get to the back of the line. Horrible service.

Staff was extreamly rude there, especially the south indian lady on desk. I am with appointment and she let me wait for 15 min before registering, than again 15 to 20 min for my turn even there are only 2 people ahead of me. When i asked that i have appointment she said let me finish my work than i register you.

I wish that I can give zero instead of one star. I had appointment yesterday, senior lab tech was very rude. Instead of welcoming patients she was rude and yelling at people. She’s a senior tech, you’d think with her age she would be a role model instead of being rude.
