Elena is amazing! I have a very anxious dog with black nails. It’s always a challenge to get her nails trimmed and Elena was amazing with her! So kind and patient and really made my anxious dog feel safe. Definitely recommend this groomer!

Absolutely fantastic. Took my 10 year old Maltese-Pomeranian-Shih Tzu here after trying at multiple groomers. My dog gets quite nervous and is very timid when getting his fur cut, and had no problems. He looks very cute! Thanks again!

Took my 5 month Bouvier puppy in for her first trim. Needless to say, she was extremely anxious and very difficult to cut. The owner was extremely kind to her and patient. She ended up having to trim her by hand, with scissors. It took her almost two hours and she discounted the price. She said she wasn't satisfied with her work. I understand how difficult it is to trim a strong, moving, anxious animal. A+ 5 stars for being kind, considerate and accommodating. Some groomers would have just refused. My wife and I are very relieved and happy.
