My friend needed to pick up a few things. The staff were friendly and helpful, the store was clean and tidy, well lit. See pictures!!

First of all I would like to note that the one star rating has nothing to do with the staff or customer service at this store, I was treated very well and everything was done quickly and efficiently and with a smile! Shout out to Kirstina thanks for all your help with the fridge purchase was quick and easy! The issue is with Home Depot and their delivery service through Go To Home. Fridge was purchased and to be delivered to my tenant in a time window of 2pm -6pm on July 15th, delivery company called at 12:15pm saying they were there to deliver, I said the window is 2pm-6pm my tenant is not in the unit the driver said then the delivery wont be made, would not wait around till 2pm to make the delivery. Now I have to wait till Thursday the 20th to have the fridge delivered, why provide a time window if you are going to deliver 2 hours before? Could Home Depot please get a new delivery service as Go To Home basically told me you aren't there two hours before delivery window tough luck, now my tenant is without a fridge for another week and the whole point of using Home Depot is they could deliver the proper fridge in a quick and timely manner. Would like to see some more accountability from Home Depot and Go To Home on this one, deliver the appliance in the time confirmed or just tell me I need to be at home the whole day, please take responsibility for not providing the service as promised.

Amazing crew working in the tool rental. I rented walk behind concrete cutter. Their gas one was broken so I end up taking their electric one. I must say that he batteries have a long way to go before it’s ready for a tool like this. Anyhow I got the job done and when I came to return it the team here heard my situation and without question they were able take care of the experience with discount. End of the day I’m glad I visited this Home Depot location.

I was at the Home Depot today on Queensway I dealt with a person by the name of Paul. He was really outstanding. He took the time to sit with myself and my brother-in-law, he explained everything about a door we wanted to purchase. He educate us how to measure.Overall, he was very patient very polite and one amazing person so friendly

I came into this location confused and left with so much knowledge and all the right stuff to change my light fixture. All thanks to a very sweet and knowledgeable employee of yours named Parwa (hope im spelling that right). This employee really went the extra mile to teach me step by step how to go about my issue. I came home, followed his instructions and my light fixture is now working! Thank you!

Needed assistance with a lighting issue today. Meghan (who didn't work in the lighting department) took it upon herself to help when no one was currently available in that specific dept. She went above and beyond to assist me and resolved my issue. She turned what could have been a negative experience in the Etobicoke store on N Queen to a very positive experience.

The worst customer service.I called them to ask how long the special pricing will last for the product I wanted to buy, and the guy who picked up the phone was so rude. He was speaking to me with so much attitude and he just hung up on me even before I was done speaking.After that, I stopped buying my tools from home depot and I started going to Canadian Tire. Tbh, Canadian Tire offers better price and better quality tools. Never going back to Home depot again.Also, every time I visited this location, I felt like the employees didn't like when customers ask them questions.Once, I went to buy a tool and it said it was in stock(only 1 left), but when I asked the employee, he said the tool was not there anymore and it was just an update delay so I had to return home empty handed, but when I tried ordering online from the same location, they sent the tool to me somehow so I ended up paying shipping fee which was really unnecessary.
