The facility is really beautiful and the chapel was so full of light and positive feeling. The staff were compassionate and understanding and never pushed or made us uncomfortable. They even responded quickly to late night emails that could have waited until morning. At a difficult time of grieving, they made it a positive experience

Nick Albanese and Tony leal were fantastic to work with. So polite so organized made our families experience at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery funeral home peaceful without having to worry about any details. They guided us the whole way through our saddest moments. Thanks Nick and Tony.

Nice venue. However, Priest was extremely inconsiderate in eulogy and persistently discredited relationships of the deceased. Would not go here again.

Very nice funeral home, very friendly staff.

The loss of my father was very sad and difficult. Other than seeing him pass away, one of the saddest moment was calling the funeral home to pick up his body. The call made his passing a reality. I was fortunate enough to speak to Tony Leal. It was such a pleasant experience. From the onset, he demonstrated empathy, respect and understanding. He was very supportive and put me at ease. After I hung up, I thought what a nice person I just spoke to. I had no idea the positive experience that was yet to come.We made the arrangements through Tabitha and it was also a very pleasant experience. She demonstrated professionalism and excellence. We had so many questions and concerns and she answered each one to our satisfaction.Since Tony was the primary funeral director assigned on the day of the visitation and funeral, I had the pleasure of meeting him in person. Such a charming man. He demonstrated a great deal of empathy and understanding as well as being cordial and respectful.Tony was with us all day and looked after us with the utmost care and compassion. He kept periodically checking up on us to see if we needed anything and if everything was OK. He always put our needs first.Tony possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Although we were there for a very sad occasion, it was welcoming that he made it possible to share some laughter. He was a breath of fresh air. The clincher was his interaction with my nine year old grandson. He was so sweet and nice to him. He suggested that my grandson play a part in the funeral and tasked him with leading the procession. He explained to him that his duty was to lead the pallbearers and ensure they did their job properly. My grandson accepted the task with great responsibility and seriousness. It was so moving to see my grandson marching proudly in front of the casket with such maturity. Throughout the funeral, Tony guided him and kept ensuring him that he was doing a superb job. It was touching to see him adjusting my grandson's bowtie a few times so that he looked his best. At the end, he thanked my grandson and told him that if it were not for him, things would not have gone as smoothly. My grandson's reaction was priceless. He listened to him intently and just kept nodding. Tony, you made my grandson feel so special and important. Because of you, I am sure he will remember the very important role he played at his great grandfather's funeral years to come.As is life, I am sure that one day I will need your services again. If and when, I hope that it will with Tony or Tabitha.Job well done, Tony and Tabitha!-Lucy

Funeral home clients are often 'handle with care' individuals, and I am one of them. Holy Cross more than rose to that challenge- they were thoughtful, gracious, calm, and no request was beyond them. They never made us feel rushed in making some of the most difficult decisions of our lives. I'm truly grateful for their ability to shoulder so much of our burden, and would recommend them to anyone.

The team at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral home did an outstanding job. If there were any concerns, Funeral director Ali Busato went above and beyond to get things done as efficiently as possible while keeping everyone at ease. I would like to start by saying thank you to all the staff at Holy Cross. I don't think this unfortunate journey would have been any easier if it wasn't for them. Their attention to detail is amazing. We loved their professionalism and guidance from the first meeting forward. From the location, to their service, to the pricing we can fully recommend Holy Cross to help with the passing of a loved one.
