I made an appointment but would not bother next time as they sent me next door for an ECG so I missed my time slot and had to wait for the blood work anyway. I gave a four star mostly for the ECG technician as he was very efficient and friendly. I was given a gown that was too small which was embarrassing also the admission clerk was often not available and people had to stand waiting and confused.

Super rude staff. They laughed in my face telling me my NIPT (genetic) testing had to be done same day even though I explained that my ultrasound was done end of day Friday and the tech told me as soon as possible, but not same day. No life labs were open near the Orillia hospital and the website said this location closed at 4 and nothing on weekends except in Bradford. The receptionist said this location was open for walk ins and on Saturdays, but their website wasn’t updated. Had I known I needed the blood work the same day I would’ve called ahead to make sure they were open. When I went there today the receptionist was super rude and made me wait almost 30 minutes past my appointment time, and the nurse was hostile as well, hurting me in the process. I had no issues the last time I went for my first trimester screening as it’s super close to my home, but for the genetic testing today it was so awful. I left in tears because all they told me was “it’s too late to get your results” without actually giving me a reason WHY it’s too late. Mind you, this is only 3 days past my ultrasound. Would not recommend going to this place.

Best lifelabs location hands down! I need blood drawn monthly, I've done them all. Best staff, shortest wait, no bruising so staff is knowledgeable" and friendly but not overly where they make it awkward. (Only downside would be paid parking but Free for handicap if you have a ♿️ permit) for me a non issue."

Older blonde lady at reception has got to be one of the most miserable people in their customer service job I’ve experienced.

Left work early to arrive 30 minutes before they close. Sign was posted outside saying they were only accepting people with appointments even though the website said they now take walk ins.The nurses then informed me that even if I had an appointment they would only accept me if I had a printed requisition because it “slows down the system” to open an emailed requisition.One of the nurses was very apologetic and sincere. Another nurse very rudely told me “it’s not that hard, just go to Staples to print it and come back another day.”There was very little regard for my time. I’m quite frustrated with the whole situation.

My father, who is a senior and not tech savvy, requested that he get setup with online access for his results. I was going to help him set it up at home.When he came back from the lab, all he gave me was a paper with a serial number. I had no clue what to do with this and assumed my father asked the wrong information. So i drive down back to LifeLabs Little Lake with him and the staff member told me that's all they give out.I told her it would be nice if you gave out instructions outlining how to set this up. She said that all I had to do is search for it online. I was frustrated with her rude response and left with a passive aggressive comment (which I regret and apologize for).The incompetency in providing customer service for a common request is surprising. I gave a three star because i had decent service their before, so i'm not sure what was going on that day. Maybe the rep was having a bad day. The phlebotomist was way too rushed considering only a handful of people were in the lab. She stabbed my right arm with a needle, not even the vein that phlebotomist’s usually go for, and claimed I had thick skin. I stated she was moving too quickly and to take a breath. She went for my left arm and got a sample still claiming my skin was thick on my right arm and that had never happened to her before…well, it’s never happened to me either! Now both arms are bruised. I recommend avoiding this location due to this particular employee. She must have really wanted to get to other things.

Very good parking, it used to be free, but I do believe One has to pay for parking services. Easy access to building walking or otherwise, nice big double door with auto-opener. Elevators are not a long wait, and have plenty of room for wheelchairs and standing operator. Very nice people to deal with in any of the business's operations there. Overall I have had positive experiences when I am summoned to be at 11 Lakeside Terrace. Thanks from a 50 yr Barrie Ont Resident.

What horrible rude service. I feel completely humiliated. I was simply dropping off a swab and they treated me like I was a diseased animal. They wouldn’t come near me and made me fill out a label when the swab was already labelled but they wouldn’t know that since they refused to take it from me at first. Then suddenly everything is fine put it back in the bag very demandingly. No eye contact, no hello, no goodbye. Horrible people with no common decency. Clearly there for the money and do not care about helping people whatsoever. I’d give a 0 star if I could.
