Most of the reviews here in Google were left by family, friends and employees of Quality Cabinet. We were scammed by Billy @ quality cabinets and so have many others.. DONT LET IT BE YOU!Had a terrible experience with this company unfortunately. Installation took over 6 months when it shouldn’t have been more than a week. The customer service from owner Billy was disastrous. Many errors with installation. Hood cover was placed direct Center to a joist and now can not be vented. We paid Billy in full in good faith and then he later told us we owed him more money. My husband paid him more to “keep the peace” and he still has not completed the job. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Billy even went so far as to threaten to send his wife after me when I was 9 months pregnant and a paying customer! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. You do not get what you pay for from this company, we were heavily overcharged and did not even receive subpar customer service. Just wanted to warn others - best to choose one of the numerous other kitchen companies in Windsor- we sure wish we would have!

We took a lot of time and consideration looking for a company to build our dream kitchen. From day one our meeting with owner Bilal Chehade and his staff, was professional and courteous.We planned to upgrade 1 year ago. We met with Bilal and team to discuss what our vision was. He worked with us to ensure from concept to reality we were happy. It was absolutely perfect.They are easily accessible and promptly reply to messages, and sit downs to discuss layouts. They offer many ideal concepts all made on computers to make a beautiful functional kitchen.Quality cabinets is a company that fully understands their customers. From working with contractors, granite companies, coordinating the dates, times, and team members we just sat back and watched our kitchen go from concept to reality.They constantly check in and work with the contractor to ensure smooth transitions and Bilal shows up numerous times to make sure the job, materials, and layout were all going to plan. Even when a concern arises for example uneven floors or walls they very intelligently deal, adapt and solve the concern in a timely professional manner.Quality Cabinets Bilal and company truly are exceptional at what they do and are passionate about their reputation and work. They are amazing people and truly make you feel like family and keep you at ease.Would highly recommend

Had a terrible experience with these people Hired them to replace our kitchen cabinets, and the quality of work was shoddy at best. There are gaps everywhere, peices of wood not even attached, and knicks and scratches everywhere due to their careless attitude. It took much longer than they suggested and was a waste of money. I will need to contact a complany that cares about their work to replace this garbage. Beware these people are crooks at QuAlItY CabiNeTs on Jefferson.
