Needed my white dress shirt dry cleaned. Specifically told them to clean this makeup stain on it. Came back 2 days later and it’s still there…

Pleasant guys but destroyed my shirt and never accepted any responsibility for it. My shirt had holes in the back, repeated the same for two shirts from my brother in law within 3 weeks. Blamed it on us in each instance. Will not go back, ever!!

My experience with this cleaners wasn't great @ all!! I was actually referred to the seamstress here by a friend - so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Bringing 2 formal dresses for simple alterations - didn't pan out to be satisfactory. The 1st one I wore in the morning worked out somewhat - I was able to fit it.. the 2nd one didn't come up past my legs - I didnt try it on when I picked it up - I did ask, and she said they're fine to size.. believing Rose, I didnt try it!! The eve of the Wedding, the dress did not fit.. being make from a raw silk type material - it ended up somewhat ruined..the stitching is now visible!! this isn't it! It was brand new bought for this occasion that I was not able to wear!! Calling Rose on Monday morning, surprised to hear from me - she said fine bring it in I will fix it and return you your $20. even when I fought I wanted my mones back for compensation or partial of my dress... I was told, I cannot do that. So, I parted with the $20. When I brought my dress in.. awhile later.. I wasn't offered compensation, she said well you too long to bring it back?!!! WHERE is the Customer SERVICE???!!!!Please, do not go, she was all talk, blah blah, you're Italian.. I'll give you a discount! I really paid in the end!! VERY unsatisfied!!! :(

Highly recommend Castlemore Cleaners for its wonderful dry cleaning services. I had an heirloom baptismal gown cleaned which smelled of cigarette smoke and was stored poorly in a box for years.Today I picked up the gown and it looked brand new and the smell was gone.The entire staff was so kind, dress was ready on time, it was everything I asked for, I couldn't be more pleased!

Horrible Service. I dropped off my dress and paid in advance to have it dry cleaned by a specific date. When i went to pick it up they didn't have it ready and could not return it to me because they said they sent it to a third party for cleaning. They even argued with me and did not apologize for the delay. I was forced to wear another outfit for the event and when i went back to pick it up, i requested a refund for the lack of service, but they again argued with me without an apology for their mistake. I will never be going back here again!
