I was just at this location about a week ago or so. The girl who “helped” me made me feel like she didn’t want to be there or be helping me. She had her arms crossed and she seemed angry with her tone. I always have a great experience at this location but this was the first time where I felt uncomfortable to be there. Even my 13 old son was shocked on how she was seems so miserable. I asked another employee what her name was and she said Zanab.

Had such an amazing experience today with Gina!! She’s amazing! So friendly and so sweet! She took her time and helped me pick out a few items that would look great on my skin tone. I was in and out quick and got everything I needed!

I’ve recently been to MAC at Vaughan Mills mall. There were two ladies working the evening shift who were super helpful, friendly and happy. Maricia was the one who cashed me out, she was such a lovely lady with great cheerful personality that made my shopping experience better just because of how well they treated me.

i have been there yesterday as a beginner i didn’t know which product is good for me. There were literally 7-8 staff members who were busy in their own chatting which made me so uncomfortable. Would never go back to them. I would say sephora has better staff than them.

I'm officially never shopping at mac again. I was a devoted customer who purchase most my makeup from mac. I went in for the final back to mac before the program ends and all the staff was rude and unhelpful. I'm done with mac.

I had a pleasant experience here. The worker helped me pick out the best makeup color for my skin tone, did the make up on my face and asked how I liked it. I was quite happy with the whole process. She was very nice and informative. I do think some things they sell are overpriced, especially the make up brushes. You can get really good ones for a lot cheaper.

i came here yesterday to try to get some makeup products that would be good for a beginner and as a darker woman i find it’s harder for me to find the right products to use, i immediately found Mya who is also a darker woman and she helped me find everything that i needed and even though it was busy and she was helping others she was not hesitant to answer any of my questions when i had confusion about what a product did. I will always come back to this location, she is so nice and helpful you would not be disappointed
